Recently I came across a huge virus in my computer. I am so dependant on my PC i use it for…read moreeverything and it has so much of my personal information stored I was terrified that I was going to be a victim off all sorts of scams and thefts. Calling my local Internet service Provider proved to be absolutely frivilous, even talking to my Anti-Virus protection service didn't reassure me they could totally cure my problem atleast without it costing me my first born child. I just kept running into walls with every phone call i made the prices seemed to keep multiplying for anysort of resolution. One late afternoon i strolled into the local wawa and just happened to look up at the bulletin board with business cards and services being offered where I came across a small card for a company offering desktop and laptop repair. I figured what the heck and gave them a call. The man who I spoke to intially seemed to immediatly understand and sympathize with my situation he even offered to come and pick up my laptop any location I found convienent. All seemed well but I was still skeptical about pricing. He was able to offer some base prices and then went into possible scenarios of what the total bill would most likely end up costing me. I was pleasantly surprised with the fair services being offered and it was by far the best deal I had come across yet so I decided to give this local Company a try. After meeting me at that same wawa by my house I handed over my problems and prayed for a miracle. I was so impressed by the way "Rob" kept me informed about the progress of his work on my computer and the way he offered several different routes to a resolution working with my financial limitations and needs. Within just about 2 hours of meeting the man I knew exactly what was wrong with the PC and what would needed to be done to fix it. All of my information that was stored on the laptop was backed up and saved. In the end they ended up having to redo my entire system. When i got my computer back all the data was restored with nothing being deleted or lost, the virus and all traces of corruption were completely wiped out not to mention my laptop was running better than the day i first got it. Rob provided me with a couple friendly tips and encouraged me to call anytime Day or night if i ever needed any sort of assistance his only request was for me to spread the word. So here I confess, I found a great small honest computer repair business who made me feel genuinley greatful for awesome service, affordable pricing and convience. Just doing my part to yelp out loud.. If you need Computer help Look no more.. Give these guys a shot. you won't be dissapointed.. Scount Honor.

I'd just embarked on a two-month trip away from home (heading into very remote areas for six weeks of that time) when my laptop charger stopped charging and my battery was rapidly depleting. I'd taken my laptop to two shops at home a few days before this trip, and both places incorrectly diagnosed the issue. I found DJM Computer Repair from its stellar reviews and immediately called Damian the day before arriving in Wilmington. Within minutes, he offered a likely diagnosis and suggested a couple of potential fixes while talking with me over the phone. I brought it in the next day and had a fully functional, refurbished laptop within hours. Everything was set up just like my now-dead one, and I lost next to no work time due to Damian's quick turnaround and expert service. I'm now proceeding on my trip with a ton more confidence and a laptop that actually works. I can't speak highly enough about Damian's calming presence, deep knowledge base (and ability to translate for a layperson like me), reliability, and dedication to customer service. His prices are extremely reasonable. If you have computer issues, skip The Geek Squad and call Damian IMMEDIATELY.
