A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They were very helpful and supportive in all cases. My only beef with this store is that it has a pretty large area, and they don't carry all that much in the way of products, especially not many supporting accessories for older phones. But this is a complaint about T-mobile as a whole, not this particular location. This particular location is top-notch, the employees have always been super helpful and really competent, both at actually doing things and at recommending products to me and communicating the differences between things.

I had internet at home with AT&T until June 2022. I stopped the service and returned all the…read moreequipment on July 5th to UPS as the ATT agent had instructed me to do so. And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again!
