My iPhone X started taking blurry pictures, especially in bright sun. It seemed some dirt had somehow gotten under the lens cover. I brought it to them thinking a new lens cover and cleaning might be the fix. Here's where an experienced technician comes in, Turns out the lens cover was fine. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not only did my camera work great afterwards but my face recognition, which had also been acting weird, was back. No lens cover replacement needed! The Iphone X lives on! read more

Zero help. He could not fix the laptop or tell me what was wrong. But charged me the full price. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I had my worse experience getting data recovery from my laptop from this store. this place is not capable doing laptop fix / data recover. after I handed my laptop to them, they kept saying it takes a couple of days. I of course expected a call or even my data back in a couple of days. if they are not able to do that, they should simply have better estimates and told the cis toner that it needs more time and it can not be done in a couple of days. stating Monday, a couple of day. they never call and never give any updates. I called on Thursday, again, they said they will call me tomorrow. I never get the call again and waited until Sunday. when I called and asked for the status of the laptop, the owner even asked me what about the laptop! which laptop! I waited until Sunday to call again and they asked me which laptop! adding to that, they did not get the data I need and charged me money. and even refused to look at the laptop one more time. I called in ahead of time and got a quote to repair my screen and digitizer. I went to the store and in store they told me a price which was double their quote. I gave them the phone and quickly changed my mind as soon as he walked away which is when he tried dropping the price $20. Ended up replacing it myself for $30 and never had an issue since. So glad I found this place! Back in the spring I shattered my phone screen when I dropped it on a hike. I needed it fixed ASAP, which was when I discovered this store. The guy who fixed my phone was friendly and super helpful. Best of all, I got my phone back quickly and in great shape. After that, I came back here to replace a battery, which was also quick, easy and affordable. When I got a new phone recently, I went here for a screen protector as well. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! Went in for a battery on an iphone6 which was working perfectly fine except the battery life wasn't as long as it used to be. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes (it was over an hour), 4 batteries later we were then told the phone was fixed. We then noticed the phone would not turn on so the employee told us it needed to be plugged in because of the apps and that employee was not working! As we couldn't understand what the employee was trying to tell us we left and went to apple... you guessed it the phone was fried!! Save yourself time and money and just go to Apple even if you have to wait a week for your phone! Not only am i out the money i paid for the battery but I then had to buy a new phone!
