I'd just embarked on a two-month trip away from home (heading into very remote areas for six weeks of that time) when my laptop charger stopped charging and my battery was rapidly depleting. I brought it in the next day and had a fully functional, refurbished laptop within hours. Everything was set up just like my now-dead one, and I lost next to no work time due to Damian's quick turnaround and expert service.
