Chris made everything so easy! I like to think I am pretty PC savvy but I was having alot of trouble going from Windows 10 to Windows 7 or 8. I contacted him thru Yelp and he gave me a quote. I can't recommend Chris Taylor strongly enough. I had a HD failure, and found Chris via Yelp. Here in my own neighborhood. Put a call in to him, and within minutes we made arrangements for me to stop in with my failing machine, and he addressed the situation right away. After repairing the old machine, he made sure I was set with a new computer I purchased (just in case), and had various backup options lined up so no worries for the future. Reasonably priced. Exactly what you want from a consultant, but that you so rarely get. When he dropped the repaired computer off at my place, we got to talking about my stereo and TV audio situation, so he threw in some gratuitous advice, while shooting me links to various low-cost cables, etc., so I was able to set up my TV audio playback through the stereo system, something I had wanted to do for years, but didn't have time to figure out.
