I was so frustrated with it, my son and I share this laptop and he is starting his college forms. So I admit it was me that hit the laptop out of frustration. Laptop went dead.... I asked around to several parents if they knew a good computer person that could fix a laptop. My friend recommended him. We talked on the phone briefly. He came over and took the laptop, brought it back to me w/in 48 hours and it was fixed! It worked 300 times better than when it came brand new. He explained how some laptops come with bloat. Voree did an amazing job. I did not feel ripped off by their service charges (I almost always feel ripped off by computer repair). They did not mess around or try to upsell.
