If I were to rate this place zero or negative stars I would. I would never be coming back to this shop ever again it's misleading and It's not worth the money to fix things here at all. It's complete misleading when they mention they're five stars business but the reality is that their service is not what expected. It's horrible atrocious and will only cause the device to be damaged further. I don't trust any 5 stars on these reviews at this place at all. I've went there and they were horrible. Not worth the hassle at all.

Quick, timely, courteous, clear, professional. Definitely recommended!…read more Mr Fix replaced my cracked phone screen last March in 2024, with no issue. This March (2025) I dropped the same phone in the sink, submerged in water.. #facepalm Phone started acting up, all camera lenses fogged up. So, rushed to Mr Fix for another repair. This time I was not optimistic.. Within a few hours the phone was good as new: all signs of oxidation cleaned, lenses cleared. All for a reasonable price. Thank you Mr Fix!

Brought my pixel 7 pro here to get the screen replaced. The initial quote by the owner was $150 but…read morethen when I got there his worker who didn't speak English gave me a new quote for $180. I had him call the owner and then the owner gave me a third quote for $200. Whatever just replace the screen. They replaced the screen and now I'm having trouble with the sensor at the top so when I use WhatsApp and try to play a voice clip the phone screen turns black like I'm covering the sensor even though the phone is a few feet away from me. Sometimes I can't take phone calls unless I hit the power button to close the phone and hit the power button again to show the screen. I have a lot of issues with the touch screen not responding. The top of the phone where the screen meets the housing flexes in and out so my best guess is that they didn't glue the top properly. I called the owner asking for a refund and my old screen back but he refused the refund and offered to replace the screen. He told me that this is a third party screen which I can confirm because I saw the Chinese letters on the box. He said that the functionality might be different because it's not an OEM screen. Could have paid $100 more and went to uBreakiFix and had a perfectly brand new screen. Which is what I wish I would have done in the first place. My suggestion to anyone coming here is to avoid this place!! The phone call with the owner ended up in a yelling match with him trying to talk over me and me trying to talk over him with me hanging up at the end. This place did offer to replace the first screen that they messed up. They can't get it right the first time why do they think that I would allow them to touch my phone a second time. Plus they wouldn't offer a refund which is what I wanted. They replaced my old screen and now this one has tons of issues and the screen isn't glued at the top and it's pulled away which is visibly noticeable. I'm just going to take the $200 loss and then when this screen goes I'll go to ubreakifixit
