When I got there, Steve's iphone repair was no more, not even in the same suite and replaced by another business called Cherry Hill Iphone Repair. Anyone who has been to Steve knows he was a 30 something yr old white guy who used to work for Apple. The men who will tell u they are "Steve" now are clearly Arabic/Middle Eastern. Now, not to say these guys couldnt do a job but everyone knows how solid and reputable Steve was and that it was worth the trip and $$ to spend knowing your phone would basicallly be back to brand new. When I stopped by looking for Steve, the men there give very vague answers as to where Steve is, even if u call their number. Sometimes they'll say by they are Steve, then they'll tell you he's not not here right now and even will say he sold the business a couple years ago. I was very hesitant bc these guys were asking for over $120 to fix an iphone 12 screen and were clearly luring customers off of a reputation that isnt theres with zero promise of the same quality work. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I had a friend call and see if Steve was there still and the guy on phone told him the repair would be $110. Clearly they are liars and no one should take anything they tell you as the truth. Aftermarket repairs are all a toss up, but Steve was a gem. Idk who these guys are, dont trust them .

I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. Aaron was responsive about the repair, friendly and charges were very fair. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

I spend $385 buying a screen and a phone case for my gallaxy note 10 at this store.I been taking take of my phone like a baby now the screen started glitching and when off it turn back on but now it doesn't do anything. It haven't been a month since they fixed it. I went to the store and they telling me there is no warranty but the receipt said 30 days warranty. I called the manager myself because he is not even in the store for him to say that he can't do anything about it because is not the touch that got messed up is a damaged from the lcd, but who sold me the screen him. He was going back and forth with me not wanting to do anything. At least he could of say go by tomorrow when Im in the store to take a look at the phone since it still have warranty instead handup the call soon as I told him I feel that I am been scammed he hung up the call. When I first got there, they sold out of my part just 10 minutes into department opening, and I had to go to the University City location, where they ended up giving me a defective screen, and I had to return to the Center City location, where the store clerk showed up 10 minutes later than opening. I tried to give them additional business by giving them my other phone to fix, and it turned out that they broke my android's screen in the process. All of this would have devastated the review if it weren't for my last and third visit, where I showed up 5 minutes before store closure and the new clerk was incredibly kind, not-angry, and fixed my phone. While the end justified the means, I would recommend calling really ahead of time before you bring your phone over for fixing. Results may wry, and consider getting the warranty.

Having been referred, and Needing to drive halfway across county the following morning, I felt more comfortable after speaking to the young Russian gentleman with a bob and the business owner (both reassuring me it was a routine procedure), i consented. 90 minutes later I have a phone that stayed turned on overnight and doesnt burn my hand when touched. As for my data problem, the gentleman provided instructions for how to move the data without losing it. After speaking to an Apple tech, who advised I get a new phone because my version 11 phone has only half the capacity of the newer phones out there because "the upgrades require more just to run the phone" and since I can't afford one at the moment, this is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill !
