THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER RUN BY STEVE! I havent been here in about nearly 10 yrs but a broken screen had me looking to go back to the Steve I knew who fixed 2 other phones of mine. When I got there, Steve's iphone repair was no more, not even in the same suite and replaced by another business called Cherry Hill Iphone Repair. Anyone who has been to Steve knows he was a 30 something yr old white guy who used to work for Apple. The men who will tell u they are "Steve" now are clearly Arabic/Middle Eastern. Now, not to say these guys couldnt do a job but everyone knows how solid and reputable Steve was and that it was worth the trip and $$ to spend knowing your phone would basicallly be back to brand new. When I stopped by looking for Steve, the men there give very vague answers as to where Steve is, even if u call their number. Sometimes they'll say by they are Steve, then they'll tell you he's not not here right now and even will say he sold the business a couple years ago. I was very hesitant bc these guys were asking for over $120 to fix an iphone 12 screen and were clearly luring customers off of a reputation that isnt theres with zero promise of the same quality work. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I had a friend call and see if Steve was there still and the guy on phone told him the repair would be $110. Clearly they are liars and no one should take anything they tell you as the truth. Aftermarket repairs are all a toss up, but Steve was a gem. Idk who these guys are, dont trust them . read more

My screen replacement was quick, however he used off-brand materials and it is TERRIBLE. I guess I should have specified that I wanted Samsung glass, but it didn't occur to me that A) there is cut-rate glass and B) that the difference in performance of the screen would be so great. The refresh rate is so slow everything looks stuttery. My fingerprint security works less than 50% of the time because the glass lacks sensitivity. If you go here (or anywhere) insist on your phone's branded materials. This cheap screen has ruined my phone. read more

Steve was excellent. My son has been complaining about his charger port for weeks wanting a new phone. Steve removed a large ball of lint that had accumulated in the port and now it works fine. He replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus. It had only been working at half of its original capacity. He didn't even charge for my son's phone and we were out of there in less than 20 minutes for $30. Now we can hold out for the new iPhones and not have to purchase off-season. Thanks again Steve! New phone/new review. Steve replace a cracked screen (first time shattered for me) on my iPhone a 8+ and updated the battery since I'm 2 1/2 years in on this phone. Phone looks and acts like new. I got my phone fixed almost a week ago. I wanted to wait some days before writing this review in case something happened after the repair, but I'm happy to say my phone is back to 100% so far! My iPhone 6s screen was badly cracked. Then my LCD/touchscreen/ display screen developed a black circle right above the home button and several vertical lines up the middle of the phone. My phone was practically useless as apps went on and off on its own, and I couldn't text anyone because it would type on its own. I went to Steve's after a recommendation by a friend. I live in Philly but decided to go to NJ because every place in the city seemed so SHADY. Reviews weren't reliable because repair places offered discount if you gave 5 star reviews. One quote I got in center city was $140 (with premium parts), normally $160 but it was Veterans Day so they had $20 off sale, another place was $79 (with after market parts). Steve uses premium parts and my entire bill was $105. It was a very fair price since my phone was so jacked up and it's a lot cheaper than getting a new phone. I honestly recommend Steve's! I almost went to the place where I got my first quote and boy I'm glad I didn't overpay for my repair. Hopefully I don't have to see him again, but if something happens again, I know who I'm going to. read more

Honestly what more can I say? Office was easy to locate. There was on customer ahead of me so I just sat for a little and watched Netflix on his TV. Pretty cool overhearing his insight on the repair he was currently working on. Next thing you know he was ready for my phone and replaced the shattered glass screen within 10 minutes. LOVE that he uses quality parts, as I've had cheap screen replacements in the past that would shatter in my hand. Highly recommend him! Cheaper and more convenient than the Apple store and much higher quality than your typical cheap-o mall kiosk. It's been 2 weeks and looks like nothing ever even happened! Update: 3 weeks post-repair my clumsy self managed to crack my screen AGAIN. Went right back to Steve and he replaced it in a flash, gave me a generous discount for the repair and threw in a screen protector for free. An absolute GODSEND for us accident-prone folk. Walked in around noon and was stared down by two people, I suppose they were customers though so oh well. Uncomfortable. Came with broken glass on iPod touch (2nd or 3rd gen) and was hoping for the 15 minute fix after reading reviews here. OOPS. Didn't notice that one reviewer is the same guy who uploaded all the business pics for this site, and both reviews only have one review submitted. I was told $55 and it would be ready tomorrow morning. On the plus side, Steve (I assume) was not rude and there was a movie playing on the flat screen that I noticed when picking up my device (for the waiting customers), and the place was clean. My Iphone 6 has been through a lot. My screen was cracked and had been for about a year. It was drop-kicked on concrete. I had gone to the Apple store first to see what they could do. The Apple store I went to was very crowded and when I finally got help I had two employees tell me that the screen could not be replaced because of the damage to the frame and that any replacement I got would fail. They said that my only option since I didn't have insurance would be to buy a brand new phone. Needless to say, I was not ready to spend another couple hundred on a new phone and the cracks weren't that bad especially under my screen protector. The phone functioned fine so I dealt with my cracked phone. Recently, the cracks were getting worse and I worried about letting all those cracks grow into more cracks and having the possibility of further damage that might mess with the function. I found Steves Iphone repairs online and saw the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I came around lunchtime. His office is located on the second floor of the building. He had my screen in stock. There was a customer waiting and he told me to have a seat and would be with me in 10 minutes. He finished with their phone in 10 mins just like he said and it was time to access the damage on my screen. He said he's fixed worse. There was a movie playing on a large TV in the waiting area. In 15 minutes he finished with my phone and tested out all the functions to make sure it worked. I'm lucky the frame was ok! My daughter cracked her screen the night before she was leaving on vacation. I had read the reviews on Steve's iPhone repair on Yelp and gave them a call. 10 minutes later we were over there and waiting for Steve to fix our phone. There were a couple of people ahead of us so we waited about 10 or 15 minutes. Steve seems very thorough and detailed. He put the new screen in less then 15 minutes. He tested the phone and very quickly my daughter was back in business. Steve was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Steve's iPhone repair is open from 11:30 AM to 6 PM. He has a small one man office. He does accept credit cards. He is located on the second floor of an office building right off of Old Cuthbert Boulevard and next to the Cherry Hill Racquet Club. The cost for the repair (iPhone 5) was $99.00 plus tax. I was glad to be able to have it done that quickly. read more

Second time coming to him to repair an iPhone. First iPhone had a broken earpiece. He took a look at it and said that it couldn't be fixed even if he replaced a new earpiece(which he did). Even though it still not fixable and he replaces it with a new one, he didn't charge me for it. Second time was to replace a battery on iPhone 5s. Fast repair,does his work in front of you and double checks his work for good functioning. If you see a long line, you can always leave your phone and psw to unlock and come back later to pick it up. read more

I would have been totally comfortable leaving my phone there if I had to - but I was done in the 10 minutes promised. This is exactly what I wanted out of a phone repair. Between my wife, kids and I this was the 6th time we'd had to fix a phone or tablet. I've done the Apple Store ($$$ & needs an appointment), the mall kiosk a few times ($ and it's hit or miss depending on who is at the kiosk) and sent a phone away to get repaired once (took 3 days...). Steves price was the lowest yet, no advanced scheduling was required and it took him all of 5 minutes to replace the glass while I watched him.
