When I first got there, they sold out of my part just 10 minutes into department opening, and I had to go to the University City location, where they ended up giving me a defective screen, and I had to return to the Center City location, where the store clerk showed up 10 minutes later than opening. I tried to give them additional business by giving them my other phone to fix, and it turned out that they broke my android's screen in the process. All of this would have devastated the review if it weren't for my last and third visit, where I showed up 5 minutes before store closure and the new clerk was incredibly kind, not-angry, and fixed my phone. While the end justified the means, I would recommend calling really ahead of time before you bring your phone over for fixing. Results may wry, and consider getting the warranty.

Anyone who has been to Steve knows he was a 30 something yr old white guy who used to work for Apple. The men who will tell u they are "Steve" now are clearly Arabic/Middle Eastern. Now, not to say these guys couldnt do a job but everyone knows how solid and reputable Steve was and that it was worth the trip and $$ to spend knowing your phone would basicallly be back to brand new. When I stopped by looking for Steve, the men there give very vague answers as to where Steve is, even if u call their number. Sometimes they'll say by they are Steve, then they'll tell you he's not not here right now and even will say he sold the business a couple years ago. I was very hesitant bc these guys were asking for over $120 to fix an iphone 12 screen and were clearly luring customers off of a reputation that isnt theres with zero promise of the same quality work. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. Aaron was responsive about the repair, friendly and charges were very fair. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
