I call new years week ohh we had to order again??(even though it was ready a week before). Had enough , went over late February and gee what do you know she says parts are here but technician isn't he'll be in Tuesday. I will call you, 2 weeks not a peep , assuming I'll have to go to small claims court thinking they broke it ,lost it or god knows what. DO NOT go here if you ever want to see your equipment again!!!!

We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. The guy ran around and sugar coated and low balled me for $15 for corsair 8gb 4x2 1333mhz ram, A-Data 8GB (4x2) 1600mhz, and I quote from his mouth "A piece of s*** laptop" Asus 2.4gz Intel celeron dual core 4gb of ram and a 256gb crucial solid state drive that I installed in there because my aunt gave me a laptop to repair and I didn't have the proof of purchase for it, but I did for the ram. That's fine. He apparently was getting agitated because I was knowledgable about hardware, and since I'm an Engineer, and have been an IT professional for the past 11 years I was respectful, calm, and strictly doing business about the items I had on hand. I am a customer who actually knows their stuff. I then said, "I know what you're doing - buying this stuff cheap so you can profit from it, and I'm aware and cool with that, but you're talking about a reputation for what? I don't know? All I asked for was an offer that I asked for two times, and you gave me an offer for 15 bucks and being not interested is not clear. Business is not business without going back and forth and working out a deal. That's part of the job. The guy not only disrespected me, he yelled at me, and kicked me out of his non business like shop. I said, "Wow!! You're kicking me out!?" I grabbed my things and then he slammed the door behind me!! I would call you sir, but you're nothing more than a flea. You're a loose cannon and most likely bipolar. Very unprofessional, especially when this guy had a client in the shop while I was in there to witness what happened. I went across the street to the other shop to sell the same items and the computer world shop on street road and both of them were very professional and also said bad things about you and said you've also yelled at them to give you business. This is part of the computer world dude. You fix, you sell, you deal with people giving you business through referrals no matter what it is. Don't be an a**h***!!!

Found this business on Yelp while looking for quotes because my charging port went on my Hp laptop…read more I really didn't want to spend alot and had people quoting 200+ just to replace the charging port which I found was only around8 bucks. Mark was quick to respond and very helpful. In clueless when it comes to the model number and all on my laptop so he helped me figure out where to find numbers so I can better identify the costs. I dropped the laptop off on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday. I live off of my laptop because I'm in graduate school and need it for my education, so the time it took to be repaired was alot quicker then I expected-- which I am very pleased about. Met Mark in his home in Parkwood and showed him what needed to be fixed. He went downstairs and checked on pricing for the part and shipping costs and originally quoted me $100 for the job- then said it would be an additional 25 because of shipping costs or whatever.. . which I didn't mind because it was still a way cheaper quote then I received from others. I ended up paying 125 versus 180-250 that others had quoted me and I'm very happy because although I need my laptop to be in the best shape. I honestly didn't wanna pay that much.

Wow wee. Don't even know where to begin! Went there on…read more5/3/2026. Got there early and meet with girl who was so miserable. Did not help or go over options but did try and up sell me an i pad or iWatch as free (but then admitted $7 month service fee for life of phone). Got phone for my daughter drove back to Center City Phila and then realized I got wrong phone since salesperson did not go over options (pro, pro plus). Took my 12-yr old back with me. Arrived at 2:00 pm and was put into que 7 people back. Workers were clueless and miserable and other customers getting irritated. Some employees just walking around or going into back room and not returning for 15-30 minutes. Assistance Manager RALPHIE (ear buds in) and not helping one-person despite the line. Finally at 3:15 p.m. meet with a salesman and tell him need to exchange for iPhone pro. He gets asst manager involved and 30 minutes later have daughter's phone. They again charge my credit card. We walked outside and my daughter realizes salesman gave her iPhone pro plus and not pro. Walk back into store. Same stuff with miserable employees. Asst Manager Ralphie comes over and asks why back in store. Explained to him that got wrong phone. Also told him we had a family dinner about half hour away and needed quick exchange. Handed him cc again to fix. Ralphie goes into back for 45 minutes and my daughter and I stand around. All employees there miserable. Finally Ralphie emerges calling me and 12 yr daughter "BRO" and explains having issue with it but is on phone with tech. I asked why tech if just a return. No response. He goes back into back room. With dinner approaching and a 12-yr old trying to calm down. Go up to salesman and tell him bc he gave us pro max and not pro he caused us to be there over 2 more hours and miss family dinner. He immediately sells asst manager under rug and says Ralphie was one who grabbed the wrong phone. Sit again and wait for 30 minutes. Ralphie comes from back and opens door and says "F_ _ K" as approaching me and 12 yr old daughter. I confront him for cursing and dropping F Bomb in front of my daughter. He blows it off and says was not saying it to my daughter but just saying it. He says still working on it. I said no just transfer money back and cancel order. Go outside and now my daughter phone is shut off. Go back into store and deal with Ralphie again. He tries to get my daughter phone working and tells her to just take pro max on him. Told him she wants pro and does not want large phone. As he was trying to get her phone on salesman tells Ralphie someone one was on phone to walk him through giving her right phone. He does not even look up. I tell him now that we missed dinner go do it and give her right phone. He goes in back in total disgust. As he is in back one of his employees tells me Ralphie was not cursing at my daughter. I said I hope not but would you agree 1) he dopped f bomb in front of 12 yr old, 2) not appropriate thing to do - he agreed with both. Finally got my daughters right phone @ 4:45. Charged for 3 phones still on my cc. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPEREINCE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
