I've never seen a Best Buy this small and it's located in a strip mall. We were looking for someone to help us no one ever came. We look at some things on our own look at the boxes and determine that we could find this receiver somewhere cheaper so we left I'm not sure if I would recommend this place. They're not good at making sure if customers are walking around in an area, they don't have anyone coming to make sure that they don't need any assistance. All the workers were at the front of the store or over in the geek squad area.

While I was waiting, a woman came in and interrupted the line, saying she had an appointment, which delayed everyone else. One of the employees eventually told me I could wait in a chair while he stepped away for about five minutes. During that time, another Geek Squad employee clearly saw that I had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes. Instead of helping me, he took the next customer who had just walked in. Waiting is one thing, but being completely overlooked after sitting there that long is unacceptable. Better communication and attention to customers who have been waiting would have made a huge difference. This experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter, and I won't be returning.

This radio was replaced some years back by a previous owner with a Sony... the Sony looked absolutely terrible with its glitzy LEDs and silver/black faceplate. I was fortunate to be the recipient of a non-working Reno through the generosity of a fellow Porsche owner. The radio was dead... no power up, no lights, no anything, but it looked nearly new. After considerable research, and going down a couple of dead ends, I decided to send the Reno to BCElectronics. From the very beginning, the staff there understood exactly what I wanted: to return a working Reno to the Porsche just as originally equipped. Of course, "working" was the operative word. Well, Warren at BCElectronics worked his magic on my old, dead, Reno. He successfully sourced essentially-unavailable parts from out of the USA, and proceeded the work with patience and persistence. When the radio was fully repaired and returned, it installed easily and closes the book on this project. Communications with Warren and others at BCElectroinics were excellent; pleasant, personable, and always sensitive to the requirements of this "project." While the work was not inexpensive, I thought it fully reasonable for the work performed... after all, it's an 31-year old radio (virtually unavailable in anything close to decent condition) and it restored the originality of the radio installation in the car. Just picked up my Sony TCK 290 tape deck from the store. I had tried to replace the belts my self…read morebut was unsuccessful. When I asked the manager did the tech replace the belts which were supposed to be 3 belts in total. Anyway we got into a a little heated discussion and I had him open the unit and there was only one belt around the motor and the two fly wheels. I showed the illustration which showed the additional belt in the schematic. I was told that it was run for a "long time on the there bench". I didn't argue any further paid the bill and brought the unit home. Connected it to the system and the tape deck made noise and there was a ridiculous amount of wow and flutter that the tape was unplayable. The only thing that was fixed on the deck was the door now opens. Very disappointed to say the least.

AJ is such a good representative for the type of service that all Best Buy's should want to offer. He's very knowledgeable and I had a lot of information about installation and preparing for delivery. Nick helped me buy the camera. I cannot tell you how helpful he was and helping me to figure out which camera to purchase. I am very grateful for his assistance! I will definitely be back when I need appliances or other products sold by Best Buy!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy involving a $1,164.94 Store Pickup order…read more Before taking possession of the phone, I contacted Best Buy and asked to cancel the order or change it to shipping. I was told it could not be canceled. The problem is that Best Buy's own published cancellation policy specifically states that Store Pickup orders can be canceled "anytime." Because they would not cancel the order, the store ultimately had to process the phone as picked up and then immediately return it, even though the merchandise never needed to leave Best Buy's possession. Then another issue appeared. Best Buy's Order Details showed the original $1,164.94 payment associated with my Best Buy Credit Card ending in 4184, while the $1,164.94 return was displayed as associated with Mastercard ending in 2069. I have screenshots documenting the original payment, the return information, and Best Buy's published "Cancel anytime" policy. What should have been a simple cancellation turned into multiple contacts with Customer Service, a trip to the store, an unnecessary pickup/return process, a refund discrepancy, and multiple escalations. I've now escalated the matter to Best Buy corporate and contacted Best Buy's social-media support team. I have also filed a consumer complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. I am still giving Best Buy the opportunity to resolve this. I want the $1,164.94 refund properly accounted for, an explanation for why the published cancellation policy wasn't followed, and reasonable compensation for the time and inconvenience this situation has caused. I will update this review if Best Buy resolves the matter appropriately.

I chose a new Bosch Ascenta…read moredishwasher (SHE3AR76UC) to replace our Whirlpool that was working fine 'till the power surge related to a big big storm, in the words of the repair guy, "...blew the diode right off the pc board". Being older I associate smooth weighty tactile sensation as a sign of quality. My wife who opted out of the process only said get a dishwasher that doesn't feel cheep. The Whirlpool worked great but just felt cheep to us. The new Whirlpools feel even cheaper. Somehow the Maytag dishwasher which is made by Whirlpool in the same factory and has the same features feels much nicer then the Whirlpools. $650. Who'd of thunk it. So the good compromise Bosch was very hard to find. Gerhards appliances didn't reply to my request for availability on their web site using the form ON THEIR WEB SITE. Home Depot and Lowe's were November and October availability respectively. An online check found PC Richards claimed the unit was in stock. I got on their handy dandy chat and spoke with Caroline who confirmed they had the dishwasher in stock. I spoke with she who must be obeyed and called Caroline back and bought the dishwasher and a new over the stove microwave too. The process was quick and easy and secure - they emailed me a secure form for me to send in my credit card info to preserve security. Delivery was good but the units were NOT unboxed and the boxes were my hassle to deal with. I don't think I would go to the store but if I knew what I wanted they have a great purchase and delivery process.
