Left a 60inch LCD tv to repair 3 white spots on screen(bad reflectors). Required payment up front , September 2024. 6 months later still waiting with no calls, when I do I get one after another excuse, had to special order, had to reorder bad ones , technician isn't in etc. Xmas week they call and said will arrange to get it out to you( had to have them remove and install 71yr old not up to it. I call new years week ohh we had to order again??(even though it was ready a week before). Had enough , went over late February and gee what do you know she says parts are here but technician isn't he'll be in Tuesday. I will call you, 2 weeks not a peep , assuming I'll have to go to small claims court thinking they broke it ,lost it or god knows what. DO NOT go here if you ever want to see your equipment again!!!! read more

Do not bring anything electrical or computer related to be repaired at this business. I left my computer on 11/25/20 and still have not had it repaired almost 3 months later. Excuses ranged from defective part sent, then it was the COVID snail mail excuse, inclement weather and now a processor piece that needs replaced I have been inconvenienced over and over not being able to work remotely from my home. To add insult to injury a 50$ refund was offered ! What a slap in the face! I'm not even sure if I will ever get my computer in one piece. I wish I had checked Andalusia TV out before I hired them to come to my home in Montgomery Co., PA. I regret having done so. I called them a few weeks ago to fix my flat screen TV. They quoted $106 to pick up the TV, with the cost applicable to services performed. I was fine with that. I asked for a convenient day/time for pick-up and was given a 3 hour window. They came about 2 hours after the window "closed" and did not call to say they were running late. They took my TV off the wall, and called me a few days later to give me a price. I was ok w/the price quoted. I was told my TV would be delivered after 12 on 6/25, but the repair person was sick. I was told the same thing after setting appointments on 6/26 and 6/27. They finally arrived on 6/29. I asked after the repair person's health and learned he had not been ill - but one of the delivery people HAD been suffering from food poisoning, and missed 1 day's work. The TV was put back on the wall however...when the men originally took it off the wall, they mistakenly cut one of the electrical cords leading to the Verizon box. As a result, while the TV turned on, there was no picture - just "snow". The delivery person (who said he's the owner's son) had the AUDACITY to tell me neither he nor his partner cut the line when they took the TV off the wall mounted bracket! I'm a senior citizen, weigh under 100 lbs, and am less than 5'2" tall. Neither I (nor my cat) cut the wire and I have not had company since before COVID! The owner's son told me to call Verizon who would send me a new wire at no charge. Needless to say, I doubted what he said. I immediately registered a dispute w/AmEx while I sorted the matter out. Verizon just left my home. The repair person was courteous, and couldn't believe Andalusia's staff was that careless. Verizon fixed my problem and I was pleasantly surprised not to be charged for Andalusia's negligence. I have subsequently taken the dispute off my AmEx account. I hope this review will save others from the aggravation, poor customer service, and carelessness I suffered. read more

My large wall-mounted LED Visio TV stopped working about two years ago. These guys were well rated by another service and close by, so I went with them, even though they didn't claim to be rated to repair my brand. Didn't know what to expect, whether they would fix it at my home or pick up, fix and re-install. They came, took the TV away, brought it back fixed roughly 3 days later. Was charged $275, which included their diagnostics fee. Thought I got off easy and was happy with the results. For a while. About six months later, the TV starts acting up again, showing the same symptoms it was having before the old logic board failed completely. Called the company, said since they guaranteed their results, they needed to come back and fix it again. The receptionist tried to argue with me that nothing was wrong. So much for guaranteed work, folks. The problem was just minor at that point and still within their warrantee period, and unplugging the TV and plugging it back in was a temporary workaround. Figured new board would fail completely and they'd have to come back and fix. But strange thing happened, the flaky logic board eventually stopped having issues, TV has worked fine for like 9 months now. So no problem, for me anyway. Doesn't call back in any timely manner. Stood us up multiple times with a bunch of excuses. I ended up ordering the parts and fixing the tv myself in under 20 minutes. Complete waste of my time. read more

They charge a hefty fee for diagnostic even when it's an obvious diagnostic. They quoted me a price for repair almost double what the TV cost now if i were to get a new one. This place feeds on people that lack knowledge and gullible elderly. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Fixed a couple of CRT tvs for me. Had a hard time finding anyone that would work on old technology. But these folks fixed my TVs good as new. Employees were very nice and helpful. Drove quite a long drive to get there but it was worth it. read more

After seeking out a repair shop for my Television which was of course just past its manufacturer warranty I found Andalusia TV. They do charge a fee for diagnosing the problem but unlike some other shops, that fee is applied to the cost of the repair. The staff was courteous and friendly and completely upfront about the process. My part took a few more days to arrive than expected but the time to repair my set was reasonable. I highly recommend this business and I will use them if ever I need my electronics fixed again. read more

i went in the shop on Monday morning asking for a quote to re image my computer, they didn't know how much it was going to cost, The staff is rude and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, Plus place looks awful inside and smells. read more

My appliance warranty service setup an appointment with this shop to repair my microwave. I waited all day for them to show up and they were a total no show. I called the the warranty service to find out what happened to them and they gave me their phone number. I called Andalusia TV and a woman answered the phone. She told me that the warranty company never gave them the information and that is why they did not show up. She was very nasty and then asked me what the problem was. I explained it and she did not understand what I was talking about. I told her if she was not a repair person why am I explaining what is wrong when she does not understand what I am saying. She then verbally attacked me and advised me that they would not be accepting this call and to call my warranty service company to let them know. I called my warranty service company and placed a complaint about them and they stated they would investigate and probably not use them again. This shop clearly does not understand what customer service means - I would not do any business here. read more

I brought my tablet to Andallusia to get the screen repaired. They have had my tablet for over a month now and It is still not repaired. It is now the end of November and I still have not received a phone call giving me any update on th repair. Do not take your appliances, TV, whatever it is to this shop. Bad business! read more
