I have a top of the line MSI laptop that stopped working all of a sudden. After looking online and seeing the reviews for Computer Mafia I decided to give him a try and it couldn't have worked out better. I have my MSI back and working perfectly, and he also fixed an= really good HP laptop I have that needed a new hard drive. I reached out to Michael at Computer Mafia for a problem with my Macbook Pro. Not only was Michael extremely responsive and helpful, but he actually told me that the problem I was experiencing was the subject of a class action suit in court; he told me that Apple would probably repair it for free. I reached out to Apple, and they confirmed this. I contacted multiple businesses for quotes, and no one ever told me this. I could not access my internet on my laptop.Since I am not that great on understanding technical terms, I was happy to see that one of the options was that they would come to your home for repairs.It can get frustrating by phone, especially if it is complicated. My pc got a driver failure that gave me no internet connection, after I tried everything I could but it still didn't work, so I gave up and give Computer Mafia a call for an appointment.
