The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

I will be honest, I was hesitant at first, but due to the reviews I said I'll give him a shot. I emailed him what I was looking to have done which entailed hanging of a 60 inch LED Samsung TV, Samsung Sound bar installation, all wires hidden behind wall, and installation of a floating tv that would house components. He quoted me an approximate figure which was a darn good price. He said I was a just a tad bit out of his service area, but he could make it work. So I went and purchased the electronics and all and setup an appointment. I emailed him multiple times just to make sure we were on the same page with everything I was looking for. I had a vision and wanted it to be carried out. He answered each of my emails and calls without hesitation. Then he informed me that the price he quoted me INCLUDED him putting the stand together, not just hanging the stand on the wall (since it was a floater). That's when I said to myself "This guy is great". He did the work FLAWLESSLY and it looks BETTER than what I imagined. He makes sure he takes his time and does it right by measuring multiple times. He cleans up after himself as well, it look like he was never there. I have received so many complements on his work. Call him, you will NOT be disappointed.

I wanted you to know that I have been happy with the results from virtually every project with…read morewhich we've entrusted you. There's been a personal angle that I think starts with your leadership, but seems to have been conveyed to each of your sales reps and your service techs. The first person I spent time with was Kevin on a Saturday morning a few years ago, directly after having an uncomfortable visit at World Wide Stereo. They have the stuff, but they have neither the environment nor the people who are able to provide what I need to feel before unloading significant resources towards things that I really like, but maybe don't truly need. Regarding Kevin, the stunning realization of how much information was stored in one person's brain was a bit overwhelming, and I can recognize it because of the business niche I've been in for the last 35 years. Since then I've dealt with you, Eddie (who I will request on any installation job in the future) and others, all with really good experiences. I want to now mention Matt Gorman, with whom I've begun exploring lighting options for our home. Although I had seen him in your shop many times before, you introduced him to me as your lighting specialist back in April earlier this year. His effort and his persistence in following up on even the most minute details of this project has been really impressive. He has made multiple home visits, brought out a rep (Tony) of your preferred lighting supplier, and provided a quote that reflected our site visits and discussions. Right now, I have commitments that will delay my ability to greenlight the proposal, but I will act on it (probably in phases) as soon as I get from behind some other financial commitments. In the meantime, he called me a few days ago just to check-in. There was no pressure or frustration expressed from him regarding the delay. Instead, I mentioned an A/V receiver replacement I needed to explore. He said he would prepare a quote for that need and he delivered it last night as promised. I will be moving forward with that. Just know that I appreciate the experience I've had with you and your team since I walked into your shop a few years back, and that most of that has had to do with the people that represent your operation.
