Ester fixed my phone in 15 mins right there on the spot and was a pleasure to talk to as well ! Price was half of what the Apple Store quoted me ! 5 out of 5 read more

Excellent and fast at replacing my phone screen after I cracked it fairly severely. It's not cheap getting a new phone screen, but their prices are fine (especially when I looked up the cost of the screen itself!) Plus the owner fixed my phone quickly, after hours too. Overall, it was a great experience at a local small business. P.S. I now have a better screen protector as I try to protect myself from myself in the future (I am a clutz.) read more

Ordered the specific batteries required , contacted me when they arrived and once phones done

They deserve a negative star! Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this shop. The owner, IDAN, and an employee were rude and unprofessional, and communication was terrible throughout the process. They kept my device for eight weeks and then charged me additional fees and It was very unfair charged, Completely ripped off! I would not recommend this shop and suggest choosing another computer/phone/tablet repair service instead. read more

Great prices fast service and friendly What more could you ask for. Had the pleasure of their expertise. Highly recommended read more

Terrible experience taking my computer in for repair here. Totally unresponsive, kept promising to call me back with updates but never did, promised to fix what was wrong but they didn't, insisted I could pick the computer up on Friday but they were closed during hours they were supposed to be open. My computer never was fixed. This was a truly awful experience. read more

When you're a giant klutz who also has a tendency to go through the occasional bout of video game rage you tend to make some costly mistakes. It's what you do until learning the lesson the hard way becomes priceless. Unfortunately, the worst of those moments that I since learned from the hard way led to a significant screen crack in my Amazon Kindle sometime after the warranty ran out. Willing to learn something from it while also not wanting to immediately outright buy another newer model, I decided to take a chance in my local repair shop, and in doing so I was treated to incredible service and got a gadget that might just look and function better than when I got it brand new! After sending out an email about my issue I got a quick response and was able to set up a day to bring in my device for a lookover even though it a during a time of a snowstorm during Covid-19. While inside I also enjoyed looking over the various phone cases, refurbished goods, and Covid-19 masks that they had on sale at reasonable prices before handing my kindle off to a friendly owner. An email and a couple of texts later set up a reasonable price for the combined cost of parts and repair, and an acceptable time frame to get the work done. Even though it was within the holiday season at this point they went above and beyond to get the work done within a good time frame with professional communication throughout. And after it I can honestly say that the visuals of my screen look better than ever. While I hope to not see myself in a similar situation going forward, I definitely know where I'm going for all of my device repair needs. read more

Had the glass replaced a couple of weeks ago On my commute home found the phone very hot in my pocket Went in early next morning for diagnostic look I'm lm less than 3 minutes it was taken apart and fixed Asked what I owed Nothing was the answer! wish I could give negative stars. Aside from the poor customer service, no one answering the phone, and never returning phone calls. I was told they were interested in purchasing a device from me, we agreed on a price and I confirmed they were interested multiple times. Yet, at the last second they backed out and stop responding to any communication. I am very disappointed by the conflicting Information and inability to reach someone via phone or get a call back. adding to my review since you decided to respond with false information. I have only been to your store once and the computer was not cracked, the only reason it didn't turn on was because it wasn't charged. You are correct that I asked for more via text but when you said no I agreed to your offer. you were not even there yesterday when I arrived and i planned to return to sell at the price you offered when you got back. I was quite impressed with your store before and was very excited to support a business that supports Israel but instead I was met with a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I would like to note that this has nothing to do with you deciding not to take the computer but with how this was handled. I am very disappointed and find it incredibly unprofessional that you refuse to respond to any of my messages or phone calls but have no problem responding when I publicly post honest feedback. I also have all of our messages saved. read more

A headphone jack broke off in my ipad-I tried to fix it with a tool from Amazon, I took it to Micro-Center-no one could fix it....until I brought it to EZ phone repair. He met me earlier due to my work schedule and fixed it in 5 mins! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much. read more

I went into the store with a cracked glass on my iPhone screen. Went next door to the coffee shop and had a cup of coffee. By the time I got back, everything was ready, cleaned-up and working fine. And the price was very fair. Also had a very enjoyable time talking with the guy who did the repair. Highly recommended. read more

I can't say enough great things about Edan. He knows everything about phones & computers -- he has replaced glass screens of iPhones & batteries for me & I've even bought newer iPhones from him, all at a great price. If he doesn't think it's worth the cost to fix something, he will tell you. When he can save you money, he will. And he provides service with a smile & you may even get a good story or learn about a new restaurant while there. read more

As a business owner and a Computer/Data Recovery Engineer, I can say unequivocally that IDAN is the best at what he does. Everyone I send to EZ Phone Repair loves IDAN. Now, let us not forget that behind every successful man, there is an amazing woman/wife and that woman is IDAN's lovely wife named Connie. EZ Phone Repair - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Narberth, Pennsylvania

I'd been dealing with issues with my iphone 7's charge port for a few months. I took it to Apple, where they cleaned the charge port and told me it would be fine if I exclusively used Apple charging cords. But it wasn't. I found EZ Phone Repair through recommendations on Lower Merion Community Network on Facebook, and after PMing them to make sure I didn't need an appointment, I headed over. It was fairly fast (about 45 minutes) and now my new charge port is working with all the charging cords I try it on. Reasonable prices, and a really nice guy. I highly recommend checking with these folks if you have a phone, computer or other electronics issue! read more

Big thanks to Dan at EZ Phone Repair for fixing my obliterated iPhone X screen and battery replacement in no time. I walked right in and he gave an extremely quick analysis and repair, no BS, and a good price. Great attitude, very knowledgeable and highly skilled with electronics repair in general. I hope I don't have anymore issues too soon but if I do I know where I'm going. read more

Idan is amazing. My older Galaxy was having battery issues. Surprise, surprise, surprise. TMobile doesn't replace the battery. What a coincidence since I had just gotten my phone bill down to a reasonable amount, eh? Idan not only replaced the battery (at a far more reasonable cost than buying a new $600 phone), but this was the beginning of lockdown and he personally dropped the phone off at my home. When my daughter cracked the screen of her iPhone and it started going wonky, again Idan came to the rescue. Her phone is like new. These folks are terrific and very reasonable. I'd also advise bringing your mac products over (call first) as he's far better than the "geniuses" over at the Apple store. read more

Idan is a star. My whole family goes to him. He has fixed problems that had been turned down at other places and goes out of his way to help. His prices are very reasonable and he is very friendly, he will put a smile on your face. I also love the music at his store. read more

Proprietor Dan here does a good job replacing broken screens on both iPhones as well as Androids. Also, his associate Mister Sory Toure is the computer expert there. Another good thing about their store is that they're open 'till 7:00 most evenings . read more

After a lovely 15 minute conversation about music, I walked away with a new battery for my iPhone. Super cool place!

We had Idan fix yet another family iphone this week. He's a wizard. His work is excellent, prices more than fair and he's efficient and fast. I recommend this very nice man wholeheartedly. Plus, it gives me a chance to visit the lovely town of Narberth. read more

They tried to fix my issue and said they could but in the end they were unable. The owner was short with me but his partner was very kind even picking up my device from my home and texting with me to keep me informed. read more

After 2 years the battery on my Samsung S8 phone died. Online posts suggest that battery replacement is not all that easy. I know I'm supposed to now go out and get a new phone but I'm not ready. I feel that this dying 2-year-old battery was corporate coercion! EZ Phone Repair solved the problem by quickly and cheaply installing a new battery that has been doing just fine. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Knowing that good help is available gives me the courage to go on and get my money's worth out of this phone, a small victory for the consumer! read more

Cracked my phone again and called about a last minute appointment. Was able to get fixed outside store hours in under a half hour. Face ID worked as well as screen replacement. This is the place to go for friendly, professional and quality service. I can't think of a better experience I have had with any business! read more

These guys are the best IPhone and Android repair guys I've ever seen and I've lived in a lot of places. They're definitely the best in the Philadelphia area. Here's the scoop- I couldn't get an appointment at Apple. Zero, none. I had a non-working camera on my IPhone 8. I called in to EZ Phone Repair and they said I could come right in at 3pm. By 3:20 my phone was back in perfect condition and they even fixed my cracked screen. I was/am so happy. I have a backup Android phone too which had a crack I got right after buying at Sprint. I asked EZ if they could fix that too and they did. Then i asked if they had any extra pre-owned IPads I could buy so we could Zoom for my child with a bigger screen. They had that too. If you're in Philly or the Main Line suburbs, forget the Apple Store - this EZ Phone Repair is all you need. I'm so relieved, thank you EZ! read more

I've taken phones there a couple of times and the service has always been prompt, thoughtful and high quality. They've fixed loose battery ports so my phone would charge again and just yesterday replaced a shattered screen. Dan was great. He was very considerate of how difficult it is to be without a phone and told me he'd call me as soon as he had the replacement screens in so I could keep my phone as long as possible. When I brought it in the next day, he said I could come back in just an hour to pick it up. read more

Absolutely the best in the area. Wouldn't trust my phone with anyone else. Thank god for EZ phone repair, seriously lol.

Wonderful service. Both Idan and Sory are super kind and incredibly helpful. They fixed my phone screen promptly and there was no issue. Highly recommend their services. Stellar experience!! read more

Been here two times recently- first for a simple iPhone screen fix. He was efficient and reasonably priced. The second time he worked a miracle on a totally smashed iPad screen (glass shattered, lcd screen cracked, and even frame damage). Within 24 hrs he made it look good as new! Highly recommend. read more

My iPhone 7 wasn't charging properly and generally hadn't been operating well. I took to EZ phone repair expecting the worse. What I got was friendly, competent and while-I -waited service, with the proprietor explaining issues as he methodically went through the entire phone fine EVERYTHING. He even completed an APP install that was stuck in Limbo. I did happen to notice a University diploma in Electrical Engineering discreetly displayed on a rear shelf...I doubt I would see many of those at a Verizon store. I am a retired Verizon technician with over 30 years service, and I appreciate the difference between a technician and an engineer. A great technician will manage 98% of any issue he is presented with... for the other 2% he will go to an engineer for help. I would recommend this business as the first place to go if you need service or an upgrade. read more

Once again I took my beat up iPhone 8 to Idan thinking about getting a new phone. The screen was cracked and also the otter box but once again Idan did his magic work and my iPhone 8 is great again! He also recommended a new otter box as well. Word up! Amazing work is done here! read more

I just returned from EZ Phone Repair, where I brought my IPad for battery repair. Dan checked out the IPad and realized that the problem was not the battery (as I thought) but something with the software. Dan fixed the IPad on the spot and ...voila, all's good! I had never been before to EZ Phone Repair. But Dan is great, the shop is great, and my problem--at least this problem!--is solved. If only all (my) problems were solved with such efficiency and good cheer. Thanks, Dan! As Schwarzenegger said: "I'll be back!" Joanne S. read more

Idan and Sory, at EZ Phone Repair, are top notch! They are professional and yet make you feel like an old friend, right when you meet them. Idan fixed the camera on my phone, within minutes and it was perfect. Sory made my Mac 2014 like a new Mac 2020. He stayed up most of the night and my computer was done in less than 24 hours and it was New Years Eve. That didn't stop Sory from meeting me on New Years Eve to go over all the upgrades. Idan and Sory are so passionate about technology and are experts at fixing phones, computers and more! I will be recommending Idan and Sory every time I have a friend needing their phone or computer workers on!! read more

Idon is wonderful. Honest, nice and so helpful. He fixed my iPhone's cracked screen in 30 minutes. I had an issue that Apple said would require me to get a replacement phone. I didn't get his name but the gentleman who helped me was honest and efficient. After bringing what I thought was a cracked Nintendo switch screen into the store, he quickly showed me that it was just the screen protector that was cracked. Although I was mildly embarrassed, I was so appreciative that he didn't attempt to fool me into replacing the screen. He was helpful in directing me to new screen protectors as well. Will definitely go back for other technology fixes! read more

had the best experience today purchasing a new Iphone- edon was so helpful= price was right and he took a lot of time explaining all the features of the new phone- was a big change from a 6 to a 13- have also had good experience with computer repair-computer store wanted $500.00 just to send the computer in for repair - repair charges would be added to that- took it to edon and it was repaired - price was reasonable and it looked and works like its brand new- highly recommend ez phone repair- 2/10/22 read more
