Excellent and fast at replacing my phone screen after I cracked it fairly severely. It's not cheap getting a new phone screen, but their prices are fine (especially when I looked up the cost of the screen itself!) Plus the owner fixed my phone quickly, after hours too. They deserve a negative star! Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this shop. The owner, IDAN, and an employee were rude and unprofessional, and communication was terrible throughout the process. They kept my device for eight weeks and then charged me additional fees and It was very unfair charged, Completely ripped off! Terrible experience taking my computer in for repair here. Totally unresponsive, kept promising to call me back with updates but never did, promised to fix what was wrong but they didn't, insisted I could pick the computer up on Friday but they were closed during hours they were supposed to be open. When you're a giant klutz who also has a tendency to go through the occasional bout of video game rage you tend to make some costly mistakes. It's what you do until learning the lesson the hard way becomes priceless. Unfortunately, the worst of those moments that I since learned from the hard way led to a significant screen crack in my Amazon Kindle sometime after the warranty ran out. Willing to learn something from it while also not wanting to immediately outright buy another newer model, I decided to take a chance in my local repair shop, and in doing so I was treated to incredible service and got a gadget that might just look and function better than when I got it brand new! After sending out an email about my issue I got a quick response and was able to set up a day to bring in my device for a lookover even though it a during a time of a snowstorm during Covid-19. While inside I also enjoyed looking over the various phone cases, refurbished goods, and Covid-19 masks that they had on sale at reasonable prices before handing my kindle off to a friendly owner. An email and a couple of texts later set up a reasonable price for the combined cost of parts and repair, and an acceptable time frame to get the work done. Even though it was within the holiday season at this point they went above and beyond to get the work done within a good time frame with professional communication throughout. And after it I can honestly say that the visuals of my screen look better than ever. While I hope to not see myself in a similar situation going forward, I definitely know where I'm going for all of my device repair needs. read more

Idan at EZ Phone Repair in Narberth is the absolute best! My phone overheated and then got water damage and wouldn't turn on or charge at all. Samsung told me the motherboard was destroyed among other things and they could not retrieve any data. I was desperate to get my data back though so I tried a bunch of different local places and called services all over the country to try and retrieve over 400gb of data on my phone. They either couldn't do it or wanted to change me well over $1,000 to do try to potentially do it. I was quoted ranges from $1,400 to $3,600. I couldn't believe they could charge so much for data recovery and was sad that I would lose all of my precious memories. Then I found EZ Phone Repair and Idan ordered special parts to get my phone working and charging. It was really incredible how he got this phone working when even Samsung and uBreakiFix couldn't. I swear he is a technological wizard. After a few days, he had all my data recovered for me on an external hard drive for less than $200! I am so grateful! Then less than 2 months later with a phone replacement from Samsung, I was on a cruise ship and accidentally get my phone wet on a catamaran snorkel excursion and the same thing happens! The phone won't turn on or charge! I was panicking I would lose my vacation photos and videos. I went to EZ Phone Repair right away with the damaged phone and a new replacement phone through the insurance and he was able to do it again. In just 1 day, he was able to put all of my data onto the new phone and set it up exactly how I had it. So smooth and easy! Also, I was having car problems, and the repair shop is a distance for me, so he shipped me the phones back to my house. Again, all for less than $200! I am forever thankful and cannot recommend this guy enough. Don't overpay for data recovery!!! Even if this repair shop is a distance from where you live, like it is for me, it is absolutely worth it. I will go to him with any phone problems I have. Actually, I will go to him with any technology problems I have since when I was there dropping off the 1st phone, he had even fixed someone's Xbox and one of his business partners works with computers. read more

wish I could give negative stars. Aside from the poor customer service, no one answering the phone, and never returning phone calls. I was told they were interested in purchasing a device from me, we agreed on a price and I confirmed they were interested multiple times. Yet, at the last second they backed out and stop responding to any communication. I am very disappointed by the conflicting Information and inability to reach someone via phone or get a call back. adding to my review since you decided to respond with false information. I have only been to your store once and the computer was not cracked, the only reason it didn't turn on was because it wasn't charged. You are correct that I asked for more via text but when you said no I agreed to your offer. you were not even there yesterday when I arrived and i planned to return to sell at the price you offered when you got back. I was quite impressed with your store before and was very excited to support a business that supports Israel but instead I was met with a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I would like to note that this has nothing to do with you deciding not to take the computer but with how this was handled. I'd been dealing with issues with my iphone 7's charge port for a few months. I took it to Apple, where they cleaned the charge port and told me it would be fine if I exclusively used Apple charging cords. But it wasn't. I found EZ Phone Repair through recommendations on Lower Merion Community Network on Facebook, and after PMing them to make sure I didn't need an appointment, I headed over. It was fairly fast (about 45 minutes) and now my new charge port is working with all the charging cords I try it on. Reasonable prices, and a really nice guy. Idan is amazing. My older Galaxy was having battery issues. Surprise, surprise, surprise. TMobile doesn't replace the battery. What a coincidence since I had just gotten my phone bill down to a reasonable amount, eh? Idan not only replaced the battery (at a far more reasonable cost than buying a new $600 phone), but this was the beginning of lockdown and he personally dropped the phone off at my home. When my daughter cracked the screen of her iPhone and it started going wonky, again Idan came to the rescue. Her phone is like new. These folks are terrific and very reasonable. I've taken phones there a couple of times and the service has always been prompt, thoughtful and high quality. They've fixed loose battery ports so my phone would charge again and just yesterday replaced a shattered screen. Dan was great. He was very considerate of how difficult it is to be without a phone and told me he'd call me as soon as he had the replacement screens in so I could keep my phone as long as possible. After 2 years the battery on my Samsung S8 phone died. Online posts suggest that battery replacement is not all that easy. I know I'm supposed to now go out and get a new phone but I'm not ready. These guys are the best IPhone and Android repair guys I've ever seen and I've lived in a lot of places. They're definitely the best in the Philadelphia area. Here's the scoop- I couldn't get an appointment at Apple. Zero, none. I had a non-working camera on my IPhone 8. I called in to EZ Phone Repair and they said I could come right in at 3pm. By 3:20 my phone was back in perfect condition and they even fixed my cracked screen. I was/am so happy. I have a backup Android phone too which had a crack I got right after buying at Sprint. I asked EZ if they could fix that too and they did. Then i asked if they had any extra pre-owned IPads I could buy so we could Zoom for my child with a bigger screen. They had that too. Been here two times recently- first for a simple iPhone screen fix. He was efficient and reasonably priced. The second time he worked a miracle on a totally smashed iPad screen (glass shattered, lcd screen cracked, and even frame damage). Within 24 hrs he made it look good as new! My iPhone 7 wasn't charging properly and generally hadn't been operating well. I took to EZ phone repair expecting the worse. What I got was friendly, competent and while-I -waited service, with the proprietor explaining issues as he methodically went through the entire phone fine EVERYTHING. He even completed an APP install that was stuck in Limbo. I did happen to notice a University diploma in Electrical Engineering discreetly displayed on a rear shelf...I doubt I would see many of those at a Verizon store. I am a retired Verizon technician with over 30 years service, and I appreciate the difference between a technician and an engineer. A great technician will manage 98% of any issue he is presented with... for the other 2% he will go to an engineer for help. I would recommend this business as the first place to go if you need service or an upgrade. read more

I didn't get his name but the gentleman who helped me was honest and efficient. After bringing what I thought was a cracked Nintendo switch screen into the store, he quickly showed me that it was just the screen protector that was cracked.
