This place was heaven sent. I called around looking for a place to fix my computer because it wouldn't turn on. Many places didn't pick up the phone or are possibly closed due to covid. I called them and they picked up and explained what could possibly be wrong with my laptop. I came in and everything was easy. They called me a couple of hours later and told me that they would have to order a new battery and it would be in in a couple of days. The next morning around 8 am I received a text saying that my computer was finished. I couldn't believe it. I called and they had already fixed my computer. I left my crll phone to have the glass replaced. It had a hair line crack. When i picked it up the glass underneath the top layer was shattered. So they fixed the top glass and broke the one underneath! The owner said I could leave it for repair but i would have to pay for it, even though they shattered it. He refused to refund me my money. I had to get the police involved to get a refund. Even the police told tge owner that what he did was bad business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

I took my iphone to get the screen repaired. A soon as I started to make calls on the phone I noticed that it would loose the call. About 3 weeks later the screen literally feel apart. When I took the phone to another repair store, they discovered the "peripheral sensor" had been damaged when the new screen was installed, which made the calls drop and that the wrong screws had been used when the screen was installed. I thought so little of this place that I did not bother going back even though I had a one year warranty. read more

I cracked my screen, rendering it unusable. It would turn off sporadically and random windows would pop up when it would turn on. I went to this place and they said they would order a new screen. That night they changed the work order to completed, via email. I responded and noted it was not, in fact, completed. The next day the status was changed to "waiting for parts." 10 days later, with no word from them, I called and asked about the status of the work order. The manager said he would have to check and he would call me back. He didn't call me back, so I called again and he said it hadn't come in but it would probably come in tomorrow. I called the next day and it hadn't come in. He said he would overnight it and it would be in the next day. The next day, after he hadn't called, I called him and he said it was in. I dropped off my phone, and after he tried to install it, told me the replacement screen was defective. He handed back my phone smudged and dirty. They ordered another screen, but since it was Saturday, it didn't come until September 22nd. They called on Sep 22 and said it was here. I dropped it off and they put the new screen in. It works. I asked for a refund, but they said there was "nothing they could do." They treated my request as a joke. The thing that is so frustrating is that they obviously did not order the part until I called them reminding them of it 10 days later, but they never outrightly admitted to it. It would have been nice if they had admitted their mistake and given me a partial refund, but instead the one guy laughed and the other guy told me he had paid 65 dollars for the two overnight shippings. It is not my fault that they forgot to order the part. If they had ordered the part the day I dropped it off on September 8th, they would not have had to overnight it twice and lose 65 dollars. I do not recommend anyone give these guys your business. There have to be better places than this dump. read more

My battery and battery port had gone bad on my Nexus 6P. They had to order the parts and when they came in the repair was done quickly. However they did break the glass on the camera while doing the repair, but they repaired it for free and my phone is as good as new. I would still recommend this place to anyone. read more

Gentlemen at the shop assured him it would be repaired "to Samsung spec". The first time he went to pick it up, he was informed that the original LED screen had cracked in the midst of the repair. So, my brother paid them another $150 (after the original $200) to replace both screens. When he went back the second time, he was told the phone was "good to go," and was greeted with a screen that wasn't fully attached to the device, cracked on one of the corners and had multiple port covers missing. The owner of the business even stated "this is not professional work" and completed a list of multiple items that his tech had to resolve. The THIRD time my brother went to pick up the phone, he picked it up, everything appeared fine until he went up to Boston for a conference for school. Here, the lighting on his newly-repaired screen gave out, rendering his phone unusable for his weekend away from home. Again, he brought back the phone, where it was again repaired by the tech. Days later, my brother took his phone out of his pocket and the LED screen underneath the outer phone screen was displaying a crack. Mind you, there is NO damage to the outer screen, just to the LED screen underneath that my brother was forced to pay for and replace due to the additional damage caused by the tech. So, for the FOURTH time, my brother went back to the business--that guarantees and warranties the work that they do, or so they say--to show them what happened. He was told that this damage was a pressure crack and his fault and in turn they could not or would not repair it. My brother will be contacting the BBB. Essentially, this business took $350 from my brother for a job 1st messed up, 2nd done sloppily and incomplete, 3rd again done shoddily rendering the phone unusable and now 4th residually damaged from the work done the first three times. DO NOT GO HERE! Imobile fixer. I am beyond livid with this place! I needed my screen fixed. Not only was it extremely expensive, but the guys were very shady. When I picked up my phone they asked for my otter box. They did not tell me they cracked the back of my phone. First of all they shouldn't have even been going through the back of my phone. When I got home I realized my case wasn't fitting right so I took it off and discovered the back. It was all cracked and they tried to glue it together. I just spent almost 300$ for a screen and they return a broken phone to me! Why were they going through the back of my phone?? I called them and the guy said o yea um it was hard to get the back off. Seriously first off why are you going through the back of my phone, second off you weren't going to tell me and give me back a phone in that condition when I just gave you all that money?!
