I was told it would be ready that same night and that I could pick it up the next morning on April 11th. When I arrived on the 11th to retrieve it, I was met with an older man who insinuated that I wasn't told to pick up the phone the next day. Instead of helping, he was dismissive and condescending. I called again on the 12th, and a younger worker told me to come pick up my phone and take it to their Northern Liberties location to get it fixed. I reminded him that I prepaid, and they should be the ones to complete the repair -- not send me on a wild goose chase. Then came the excuse that they were "waiting on a part" and that it was delayed for days. My phone wasn't ready until Wednesday, April 16th -- almost a week later. And to make matters worse, I realized my SIM card was missing from the phone that night. After calling multiple times, I finally spoke to a rude, tall, obese man who snapped at me on the phone and told me to come in the next day to get my SIM card. When I arrived on April 17th, he quickly shoved the SIM card into my phone, accused me of being rude, and told me to never return to the store -- all while I remained calm but understandably upset. He then kicked me out of the store. Let me be clear: I am the paying customer. I don't have to be professional -- they do.
