Unfortunately I have frequented this place too often lately. So besides being pissed at myself for throwing money down the drain and being careless, I leave here completely satisfied and relieved. Super fast service. And the guy who owns the place is very nice and knowledgable. I had my screen fixed twice and my lcd screen fixed also. This place was cheaper than the 15 places I called in the city and could get me in and out a lot faster. The first time took about 30 minutes (just in time to check out the dollar store down the street) and the second time less than 2 hours because there were people ahead of me. I also then obviously bought a screen protector for a mere $20 which he so carefully applied for me. He cleaned it with a wipe, used special dusting tape and took his time applying it. My hubby who got his done at the Verizon store has bubbles. I would absolutely recommend this place and also recommend getting a good case. Duh. I had a fantastic one (a life proof case) until my daughter thought the lime green sealant rubber thingy was a necklace and stretched it out. No more expensive "jewelry" for my little girl. **he also gave me great online marketing advice for my small business. They fix computers and do web design as well. read more

Whenever I visit this computer/repair store, the owner always find time to help me with my problem immediately, which is a great relief. Quiet often when visiting this type of business, you have to wait awhile even before someone will acknowledge your present. DONT GO!! I cracked my phone screen and ever since I got it fixed here, it hasn't been working the same. It glitches, and doesn't respond to my touch signals at times. I looked up my issue and it is called the touch disease. I asked a friend about who also fixes phones and he told me it sounds like there could be potential stolen parts because a lot of phone stores in philly steal parts. My dumb ass went back after cracking my phone again, hoping it was just a bad application. Wrong. I went there 2 more times explaining the problem. One day I was there and wasn't addressed for a half hour, just to be told afterwards that I should come back 3 days later when the manager was there. I came back, and convincing them it was something wrong with my phone, was a hassle. It was only glitching slightly the first half hour was there. But after that it started glitching like crazy. The worker had the nerve to tell me "wait 10 minutes it'll go away". BUT IVE BEEN IN AND OUT THE STORE FOR THE PAST WEEK TRYING TO FIX THE EXACT PROBLEM. Come on!The manager changed my screen for free, however, the long term damage was done. My phone was still not usable. My phone didn't do this before coming here, even when it was cracked. I now have a new phone and I will never go back. Their screens maybe cheap but they are cheap for a reason. I go to Philly Wireless. Customer service is exceptional. They have a front and back screen protector with option of color & design for the same price this place has for a cheap, minimal protection, front only, screen saver. Philly wireless told me they were probably using bad screens. I'm not going to assume but I know I won't be back. read more

I got my iPhone 6 plus screen fixed here and the price was better than anywhere else. Once the screen was shipped he quickly replaced it within 30 minutes. I would definitely go back for any other IT needs. My screen is now peeling off on both sides. When will you be there to fix it? read more

First of all let me say that i am a D.Y.I type of guy and i hate these computer stores . I've been to a least ten stores and they all were rip offs until I found this place. I was tuff on them and they kept it professional made me feel at peace leaving my computer with them . I have a mac book pro laptop and I cracked the screen . First thing i do is call apple and as always, this is not covered in my warranty and the price it cost to fix i should buy a new one . (Step 2 ) Goto a Mac certified place and get it repaired. LOL on me , they quoted a price higher than the mac store. She told me ,just to look at my laptop, it was going to be 300 dollars and we will let you know in 2 weeks .So now I'm down to the wire . ( Phase 3) I'm on rising sun, i see this little indian guy running into a it store .I'm thinking he got some real computer problem or he is the owner. As i got closer to him i can tell he was the owner by his haircut,( sharpest haircut i ever seen ,and I'm not gay). So he let me test his knowledge ,and test the levels of his customer service skill .The one thing that had me sold on this store is that he made me feel like my problems were his problems ,that he wanted my business ,and the confidence that he displayed in guaranteeing his work. Needless to say he told me 72 hours to fix ,it was back in my hands in 48 hours, like the day i took it out the box .i still don't like computer store because of what i've been thru ....but i trust this place and i will only do business with them. read more

I have an IPhone 4s that I tried repairing myself and I failed. I was surprised that they were even willing to touch it since I had it in pieces. They looked at it immediately. After checking it out it was determined that it needed more attention. The phone was repaired and they even fixed what I messed up. Very friendly staff and the phone was ready when promised!
