In general, think the store experience could be improved by having someone at the front door asking folks upon entry if they know they'll need sales or service so you can sign in right away. We waited about 25 minutes, maybe because we didn't sign in right away, although we walked in knowing what we wanted to buy. A wider variety of phone cases--including cases more substantial than leather and soft plastic for people who are in situations where they may drop their phones (contractors, architects and others on ladders, etc.) would be helpful. Would visit this store again.

I asked Shang if I could fed ex it to him and just try, whatever he could do. I sent it from NYC to him and was trying to figure out what I would do if he couldn't fix it. Well, I am now using it to write this review! I got it back a month ago, quickly, and have NPs! It's all backed up too so I won't have that problem again.
