I was tuff on them and they kept it professional made me feel at peace leaving my computer with them . I have a mac book pro laptop and I cracked the screen . First thing i do is call apple and as always, this is not covered in my warranty and the price it cost to fix i should buy a new one . (Step 2 ) Goto a Mac certified place and get it repaired. LOL on me , they quoted a price higher than the mac store. She told me ,just to look at my laptop, it was going to be 300 dollars and we will let you know in 2 weeks .So now I'm down to the wire . ( Phase 3) I'm on rising sun, i see this little indian guy running into a it store .I'm thinking he got some real computer problem or he is the owner. As i got closer to him i can tell he was the owner by his haircut,( sharpest haircut i ever seen ,and I'm not gay). So he let me test his knowledge ,and test the levels of his customer service skill .The one thing that had me sold on this store is that he made me feel like my problems were his problems ,that he wanted my business ,and the confidence that he displayed in guaranteeing his work. Needless to say he told me 72 hours to fix ,it was back in my hands in 48 hours, like the day i took it out the box .i still don't like computer store because of what i've been thru ....but i trust this place and i will only do business with them.

Additionally, he charges a very reasonable flat fee - you know how much the repair will cost up front and he's committed to working until the issue is resolved. Strongly recommend!

I brought my computer in for a specific problem, but it turned out to be a non-issue and a simple fix. I really appreciated that and will definitely come again if my tech needs service in the future.

I have a Trane HVAC unit in my apartment, and I had some questions about it. I got a prompt…read moreresponse from the company, and found them highly professional to deal with. I looked at their website, and saw that they do duct cleaning, and the reasons for doing it. I called on July 3rd and I said I would like to hire them for the service. I gave them the square footage and and overview. They said they could see me on July 5th at 9AM. At 8:59AM a serviceman arrived. He explained what he was going to do and then went about cleaning the ducts. He said there was a moderate amount of dirt, and that he has seen worse. After he cleaned the ducts he vacuumed the unit itself, and then blew a chemical into the ducts that would kill any bacteria that happened to be there. I thought it was good precaution to take. He also showed me a better way to put the filter in the unit. I gave them 5 stars -- only because they didn't have an option for 6 stars. It's great to know there's a company like this out there.

They asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day or wait until they knew whether they'd be able to make the appointment I made. Wait, what? They're offering to give me another appointment window that they don't think they can make? Why would I ever take that option? I've decided to go with someone else.
