Bad repair job (it was still broken after the repair). They weren't wearing masks in the middle of COVID. Irresponsible behavior.

I needed the battery replaced in my smart watch, I searched online and also went to several watch…read morerepair stores, couldn't find anyone to do it. Got a recommendation to try Girls Fix it. While the battery was replaced, and the watch is working fine the communication left much to be desired. Dropped off watch on Saturday, was told battery should arrive Monday. Okay, that set the expectation the watch would be ready sometime by the end of week at least. Crickets! The following Saturday I reached out for a status update. Response was battery was received, will test today or tomorrow, meaning Sat or Sun. Monday got a text that battery was replaced, and watch was turning on. I then asked when I can pick watch up. Response, I'm homebound until the 9th of Dec, however, can have watch delivered. I asked who would pay delivery charge, response, we will cover $15. I opted to pick watch up from same location I dropped it off as I live a 25-minute drive away and I'm not up on Uber deliver charges. We agreed on time and date. Day of pickup I receive a text at 2:45 (5 o'clock pickup) stating we're coordinating with someone to meet me at designated time and place. At pickup time I receive a text that I fell asleep. I then opted to wait for Uber delivery. Watch was delivered about 6pm, waited an hour. Communication is key to good customer service!!!!

I requested a new battery. Turned out I didn't need one. Appreciate the honesty. Will use again.read more

My experience was really great…read more Customer service: Kevin took my calls. He was very polite. He gave me directions to park and to come up. Technician: Kevin also was the one to fix my husband's phone. Upon first glance, it looks fine. If we have any long term issues, I'll try to come back and update this. Efficiency: I came on Monday (today) during the lunch hour and it was completed in 30 minutes. After each call, there's an automated text message which is efficient. Directions: paid parking directly outside. Follow my pictures for instructions! Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. The most unprofessional phone repair experience I've ever had in…read morePhiladelphia. I dropped my phone off at "Pone Repair Philly" in University City on Thursday, April 10th, after prepaying for the repair. I was told it would be ready that same night and that I could pick it up the next morning on April 11th. When I arrived on the 11th to retrieve it, I was met with an older man who insinuated that I wasn't told to pick up the phone the next day. Instead of helping, he was dismissive and condescending. I called again on the 12th, and a younger worker told me to come pick up my phone and take it to their Northern Liberties location to get it fixed. I reminded him that I prepaid, and they should be the ones to complete the repair -- not send me on a wild goose chase. Then came the excuse that they were "waiting on a part" and that it was delayed for days. My phone wasn't ready until Wednesday, April 16th -- almost a week later. And to make matters worse, I realized my SIM card was missing from the phone that night. After calling multiple times, I finally spoke to a rude, tall, obese man who snapped at me on the phone and told me to come in the next day to get my SIM card. When I arrived on April 17th, he quickly shoved the SIM card into my phone, accused me of being rude, and told me to never return to the store -- all while I remained calm but understandably upset. He then kicked me out of the store. Let me be clear: I am the paying customer. I don't have to be professional -- they do. And the fact that they couldn't even handle a basic repair without lying, gaslighting, being disrespectful, and losing parts of my phone is unacceptable. Avoid this business at all costs. Don't go to the University City location. Don't go to the Northern Liberties location. Don't go to any Philly Phone Repair store. I wouldn't trust them with a phone charger, let alone a phone.
