i would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a polite attitude, a good service whatsoever. my husband stopped there to get a screen protector for his brand new phone. the person at the store said he doesn't have anything but the $40 one to which my husband said ok, assuming it should be a good one for that price. the phone came out with water stains (from the cleaning guy did) underneath unevenly aligned black matte plastic screen protector that is paper thin. the screen not only does not align with the phone screen, but it reduces the quality of the picture (it's dark and grainy). i walked in as had baby in my hands and saw what was going on. we were not happy with the service and asked to fix it so it's aligned properly and covers the screen fully to protect it. he said it's his machine and that my husbands original samsung case is at fault. then we asked them to remove it as the quality is bad. to which the guy grabbed the phone and said pay me for this otherwise you are not getting your phone back. i said as an example if nails are done in the nail salon and uneven and crooked i would get them removed or fixed. to which the person said that my brain was crooked which triggered me so badly, who in earth speaks to the customers like that when the service provided is bad? my husband tried to say one more time it's uneven and bad, the guy said i am not paying for it for you (like machine did it not me), pay for the service otherwise you won't see your phone. having baby on our hands we had no more time to waste. paid $40 and were not even provided a receipt for the service (wait their door sign says cash only so why i am surprised, no taxes will be surely paid on this earning). on my way out i said he won't have a business acting like this to which i heard a response "fuck you". i would be reporting this business to better business bureau and even though we have no receipt i will ask for the camera records confirming that we were at the store. horrible customer service and place. you should be ashamed for how you act. read more

They were nice but I came for an iPhone screen repair and the first screen they installed didn't work. They were apologetic and fixed it again but it didn't work for a second time. Scam, why are there more than 1 star rating. probably buddies of the store workers and family. This place is a joke. They didn't fix anything they made it worse. No communication at all, I was the one having to call them. Ran up the prices for an issue with my console. plus they started ordering things and parts before even telling me. They didn't know the total estimate price. after waiting over a week took my game console with me and they didn't even fix one of the issues it had, they made it even worse and now it's stuck on safe mode and won't do anything else. Broke iPhone 4 screen and thought I would save a few bucks buying a replacement online and watching the YouTube video to fix it. $35 and four hours later I couldn't fix it. I literally brought my phone in a ziplock bag to jj and it was back to original condition within 20 minutes. Fair price and at least 50% cheaper than apple. Plus you get immediate fix without having to mail your phone. My iPhone 6+ screen was completely shattered. I called JJ on Easter to see if he's open and thank goodness he was. I asked how much and how long it would take. He gave me a lower price than anywhere else I asked and told me it would take 10 min. I was sold. When I got there, he immediately got started on my phone. It really took him such a short amount of time to fix my phone! He put on a screen protector and then took it off cause he wasn't happy with the way it looked and put a different one on there. Jjs electronice is by far the the worst. I dropped my phone screen to get fix and they said it would be done by next day no more than 2 days tops. I called them 4 days later to tell then my wife was picking my phone up and he then said (JJ) it would take up to 3 more days. So i started to think and be puzzled like a phone screen doesnt take that long its only a samsung 6 lol. And simc ei was asking alot of questions he ignorantly hung up on me. So i called back and he told me i was asking to many questions and i should of made a deposit and then he laughed lol. So what i interpret from his disrespect and lack of work that he clearly forgot to order it and then tried to reach that i didnt leave a deposit for the phone when if he would of asked i would of left it. What type of deposit does he want for a 50.00 new screen lol money isnt the issue. Jj has no communication, people to people skills, is disrespectful, and is lazy. I reccomend noone go to him. Do yourself a favor do not buy anything from these guys! I bought a phone and otterbox case from them and the phone was corroded and the otterbox case was fake! Almost impossible to do anything with these guys because of the language barrier they do not speak english well. Spend money on Amazon if you want a case. read more
