Exceptional Service and Transparency - Highly Recommended! I cannot recommend JJ Electrocity (740 Red Lion Rd) enough! I brought in my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G after it suddenly started draining the battery in minutes, wouldn't hold a charge, and forced itself into a "safety lock" airplane mode that blocked access to all my photos, contacts, and documents. I was panicked thinking I'd have to buy a new phone and lose my data. From the moment I called, the owner, J, was incredibly helpful. When I arrived at the shop (located right at the intersection of Red Lion & Verree), I was greeted with a warm smile and a kind personality. The most impressive part of the experience was their transparency. They have a camera at the technician's desk linked to an overhead TV screen. J and the tech showed me a magnified view of my phone's internals so I could see the exact damage to the battery conductor/connector. I was even able to watch the technician perform the repair live on the screen! It was fascinating and gave me total peace of mind. They had the exact part I needed in stock, and instead of walking out with a "dead" phone, I walked out just an hour later with my device cleaned and working perfectly. While I was waiting, I noticed a steady stream of customers dropping off and picking up laptops, game consoles, and cell phones, which clearly shows how much the community trusts them. They also have a great selection of supplies like cases, chargers, iPads, and Ring security cameras. If you need any electronic repairs, go to JJ Electrocity. Fast, honest, and expert service! The business is known for its fast turnaround times, with many repairs completed within an hour, and they offer competitive, honest pricing. read more

if you wanna get a PlayStation fixed, do not go here all they do is play in your face and then all you do is pay for it and then they give you a warranty and then you end up having to go back because they didn't fix it the first time and then you keep going back over and over again and that shit never fucking works. Don't spend your money here. read more

I went in to get my xbox fixed and they finished within an hour on the same day. The worker was very cooperative and kind even when i got there closer to closing time. Very efficient place to go to for any electronic devices!! read more

I took my MacBook Pro here because the screen was not working and within seconds of the guy looking at it he immediately knew what was wrong. We left it with him and within 2 hours it was fixed and back to normal. I definitely recommend this place they are helpful, affordable, and quick, and are also very good at their job. read more

i would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a polite attitude, a good service whatsoever. my husband stopped there to get a screen protector for his brand new phone. the person at the store said he doesn't have anything but the $40 one to which my husband said ok, assuming it should be a good one for that price. the phone came out with water stains (from the cleaning guy did) underneath unevenly aligned black matte plastic screen protector that is paper thin. the screen not only does not align with the phone screen, but it reduces the quality of the picture (it's dark and grainy). i walked in as had baby in my hands and saw what was going on. we were not happy with the service and asked to fix it so it's aligned properly and covers the screen fully to protect it. he said it's his machine and that my husbands original samsung case is at fault. then we asked them to remove it as the quality is bad. to which the guy grabbed the phone and said pay me for this otherwise you are not getting your phone back. i said as an example if nails are done in the nail salon and uneven and crooked i would get them removed or fixed. to which the person said that my brain was crooked which triggered me so badly, who in earth speaks to the customers like that when the service provided is bad? my husband tried to say one more time it's uneven and bad, the guy said i am not paying for it for you (like machine did it not me), pay for the service otherwise you won't see your phone. having baby on our hands we had no more time to waste. paid $40 and were not even provided a receipt for the service (wait their door sign says cash only so why i am surprised, no taxes will be surely paid on this earning). on my way out i said he won't have a business acting like this to which i heard a response "fuck you". i would be reporting this business to better business bureau and even though we have no receipt i will ask for the camera records confirming that we were at the store. horrible customer service and place. you should be ashamed for how you act. read more

They were nice but I came for an iPhone screen repair and the first screen they installed didn't work. They were apologetic and fixed it again but it didn't work for a second time. Third repair and it was "working" but the screen still doesn't work perfectly, need to tap multiple times. I just gave up. Great customer service but screen repairs are not their thing... read more

I strolled into JJ with my broken and battered iPhone not only was the screen shattered but I also needed it unlocked so I can send it to my cousin in Greece. The gentleman at the counter was busy on the phone, he was asking me questions on what was wrong with the phone while continuing his telephone conversation....I am not feeling very confident in leaving my phone, when suddenly he ends his conversation tells me 125.00 for a screen AND the unlock WHAT A GREAT DEAL!!! to top it all off it was ready in an hour! Take your phone to this magnificent multi- tasker, great price great service read more

Great customer service put a new battery in my cell phone in no time at all I would recommend this place 100%

I located this repair shop through Yelp. I read the reviews and decided to go. I had a laptop computer that had a (completely) broken screen in need of serious repair. The guys there were efficient and nice. I was given an estimate when I left my computer. They called me the next day to inform me the screen was repaired. It looked and worked great! No hassle, no fuss, and a speedy repair! Thank you! read more

I needed my sons PS4 repaired, and the previous Game Console repair store went out of business. I reached out to JJ's, and I dropped the console off late afternoon, and my son's console was ready for pick up by 4 PM. Fair pricing, great service, respectful communication from store employees. This is my go to repai shop going forward. JJ A++++++++++++++++++++ read more

Scam, why are there more than 1 star rating. probably buddies of the store workers and family. This place is a joke. They didn't fix anything they made it worse. No communication at all, I was the one having to call them. Ran up the prices for an issue with my console. plus they started ordering things and parts before even telling me. They didn't know the total estimate price. after waiting over a week took my game console with me and they didn't even fix one of the issues it had, they made it even worse and now it's stuck on safe mode and won't do anything else. They literally made it worse. They just play you and jack up the prices for repairs. Beware of places like this one. They play you for the money and don't even fix anything. read more

Go here for iPhone repairs without a doubt. Broke iPhone 4 screen and thought I would save a few bucks buying a replacement online and watching the YouTube video to fix it. $35 and four hours later I couldn't fix it. I literally brought my phone in a ziplock bag to jj and it was back to original condition within 20 minutes. Fair price and at least 50% cheaper than apple. Plus you get immediate fix without having to mail your phone. They also have a HUGE selection of phones, chargers, iPads, iPods, etc. I hope I don't need repairs in the future, but if I do I will definitely go here again. Super nice and helpful staff. Thanks jj for fixing my iPhone screen! read more

Great guys that do a great job with fixing electronics. Would highly recommend them!

My iPhone 6+ screen was completely shattered. I called JJ on Easter to see if he's open and thank goodness he was. I asked how much and how long it would take. He gave me a lower price than anywhere else I asked and told me it would take 10 min. I was sold. When I got there, he immediately got started on my phone. It really took him such a short amount of time to fix my phone! He put on a screen protector and then took it off cause he wasn't happy with the way it looked and put a different one on there. I could not be any more happy with the service and quality of his work. I would definitely tell all my friends and family come here for any electronic issues! He's the best! read more

Over the last year I've been using another PC repair facility. They were expensive and unreliable. i looked up PC Repairs and found JJ. I checked the reviews and decided to give them a try. i started small with my grandsons tablet. He broke off a piece in the charging port and it needed to be replaced. I took it in and the tech told me 2 hours. I figured the next day maybe. two hours later i got a call, the tablet's done, and at a good price I thought. Next I decided to take my Laptop in. Took a couple of days however 1/2 price the number quote at the other place. I think I've found a new repair shop. read more

I repaired my HP Laptop. Before I come I ask specifically about how much would cost to replace screen on my laptop. After replacing I got a bill for $10 more without any explanation. When I address this issue to the store owner he was extremely rood and force me out of the store and declared that he does not care about customers and about feedback that I will share. read more

Jjs electronice is by far the the worst. I dropped my phone screen to get fix and they said it would be done by next day no more than 2 days tops. I called them 4 days later to tell then my wife was picking my phone up and he then said (JJ) it would take up to 3 more days. So i started to think and be puzzled like a phone screen doesnt take that long its only a samsung 6 lol. And simc ei was asking alot of questions he ignorantly hung up on me. So i called back and he told me i was asking to many questions and i should of made a deposit and then he laughed lol. So what i interpret from his disrespect and lack of work that he clearly forgot to order it and then tried to reach that i didnt leave a deposit for the phone when if he would of asked i would of left it. What type of deposit does he want for a 50.00 new screen lol money isnt the issue. Jj has no communication, people to people skills, is disrespectful, and is lazy. I reccomend noone go to him. Everyone have a nice day read more

Scam artists. Do not trust them!! I paid $200 for a new screen with a 1 month warranty, and they didn't give me a genuine part for my phone so guess what, screen doesn't work again!!
