I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Mark was quick to respond and very helpful. In clueless when it comes to the model number and all on my laptop so he helped me figure out where to find numbers so I can better identify the costs. I live off of my laptop because I'm in graduate school and need it for my education, so the time it took to be repaired was alot quicker then I expected-- which I am very pleased about.
