Initially I was iffy about TC because I received no call back from the VM I left. However, TC called the next day and I went w/ my new & old computers for file transfer. I was assured it would be finished that night, but that assurance was not correct. I picked up the new machine that had the files exactly as in the old PC at 4PM. My Laptop was acting really weird. I took it to Tom at Technoid Computer Repairs to see about getting it fixed. We'll it had a lot of malware and viruses and stuff. I really am so Happy! I had a backup usb box with all my pictures of my family and my business record on it that stopped working.
