I was not given enough time to explain what happened with the iPod, the fact that it is working just fine but that Apple Music on my laptop began to sync over it with out my knowledge. He insisted on talking over (and down to) me, going on about how he works with businesses not consumers, that I don't understand what he does, that he has no interested in working on this, etc. I was more than willing to spend several hundred dollars to recover this data because it's very important to me, but the guy wouldn't even let me speak.
