He has made multiple home visits, brought out a rep (Tony) of your preferred lighting supplier, and provided a quote that reflected our site visits and discussions. Right now, I have commitments that will delay my ability to greenlight the proposal, but I will act on it (probably in phases) as soon as I get from behind some other financial commitments. Ricardo is not only an expert who will gladly help and repair your PC, but he's also fair, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. In addition, my PC was repaired and ready to be picked up within a day of leaving it in Ricardo's hands. When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis. However, they could not have been less helpful; they wouldn't even attempt to identify the problem.
