I've never seen a Best Buy this small and it's located in a strip mall. We were looking for someone to help us no one ever came. We look at some things on our own look at the boxes and determine that we could find this receiver somewhere cheaper so we left I'm not sure if I would recommend this place. They're not good at making sure if customers are walking around in an area, they don't have anyone coming to make sure that they don't need any assistance. All the workers were at the front of the store or over in the geek squad area.

While I was waiting, a woman came in and interrupted the line, saying she had an appointment, which delayed everyone else. One of the employees eventually told me I could wait in a chair while he stepped away for about five minutes. During that time, another Geek Squad employee clearly saw that I had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes. Instead of helping me, he took the next customer who had just walked in. Waiting is one thing, but being completely overlooked after sitting there that long is unacceptable. Better communication and attention to customers who have been waiting would have made a huge difference. This experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter, and I won't be returning.
