So besides being pissed at myself for…read morethrowing money down the drain and being careless, I leave here completely satisfied and relieved. Super fast service. And the guy who owns the place is very nice and knowledgable. I had my screen fixed twice and my lcd screen fixed also. This place was cheaper than the 15 places I called in the city and could get me in and out a lot faster. The first time took about 30 minutes (just in time to check out the dollar store down the street) and the second time less than 2 hours because there were people ahead of me. I also then obviously bought a screen protector for a mere $20 which he so carefully applied for me. He cleaned it with a wipe, used special dusting tape and took his time applying it. My hubby who got his done at the Verizon store has bubbles. I would absolutely recommend this place and also recommend getting a good case. Duh. I had a fantastic one (a life proof case) until my daughter thought the lime green sealant rubber thingy was a necklace and stretched it out. No more expensive "jewelry" for my little girl. **he also gave me great online marketing advice for my small business. They fix computers and do web design as well.

My first experience was so good with Shang that I knew he was my guy if I had another problem…read more Well I got my same phone wet, not submerged but condensation that got inside the lenses etc, and it would not turn on, it was dead. Most places including the Apple Store said it wasn't even worth attempting a fix. I didn't have it properly backed up and it was just awful as u can imagine. I asked Shang if I could fed ex it to him and just try, whatever he could do. I sent it from NYC to him and was trying to figure out what I would do if he couldn't fix it. Well, I am now using it to write this review! I got it back a month ago, quickly, and have NPs! It's all backed up too so I won't have that problem again. He said it might overheat and reboot or have some problems, but other than the battery itself being wonky, it works just fine! It'll carry me til the new model comes out, which is great. Time to upgrade anyway. Shang is VERY fair with his charges, and Fed ex'd it back to me super quick!!! I gave extra bc I felt he earned it and I'm grateful for the two jobs he has now done for me. I can't recommend Shang at this location enough!
