I called in again and 3.5 hours later someone from another country finally answered and was very short with me quick to get get off the line and then ended. Tried to use the line and nothing i said to hell with this ill go up to the store. Scott had the phone turned on and me out of the store in 3 minutes while handling 3 other customers at the same time. That is superior customer service on a rep from the store! Tmobile i have been with for over 5 yrs and switched from sprint but had it for another 10yrs when cell phones became big.... In the past 20 years of using a cell phone i have never had the issue with calling tmobile before this... they used to have an area person so you'd only talk to fewer people each time... Now the unfortunate transfer to India of customer like other companies do has got me thinking of transferring to my cable company.... Its extremely hard to understand someone with a different annunciation for letters and then reading from a script instead of listening to you for what the problem actually is. Store rep a 10! After setting up the appt, I realized I had given the person on the phone some incorrect information so I tried to call back and got dumped into a full voicemail box where I was unable to leave a message. Well, the next morning came and went and so have many other mornings, afternoons, and evenings since that day and I have not heard word one from this company ever again. So very unprofessional! Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
