Someone transferred my t-mobile phone number to another carrier and T-mobile did not do anything about it. I'm having my whole identity stolen. While this is happening t mobile is not trying to get my number back from the other carrier. Ive been a t-MOBILE customer since 2016, and this carelessness makes me want to leave ASAP. read more

Well the simple working guy gets screwed again here! The store associate offers us the "BOGO Offer". We give him all of our Sprint details, ask him if there are any catches and he says absolutely not. He promises us that they will ship our 2 I phones to Sprint. T Mobile verifies we filled out all the paperwork correctly. We revisit the store associate when Sprint sends us a $1300 bill. The associate calls TMobile customer service irate because he promised us fine people that there would be no catch. We are told it will all be taken care of, he will personally see to it. 15 months after said purchase Sprint sends our bill to collection because TMobile NEVER sent one of the Iphones. After a lengthy call with T-Mobile customer service we are told "yes sir we see you filled out all the paperwork correctly" however, you are on the hook for $1300. The sad thing is they ALL suck!!! read more

As the other reviewer mentioned, the customer service in this store is not only non-existent; it is an example of the direct opposite of customer service. I had a bad experience over the summer with the manager, Ian, and another terrible experience with a sales clerk yesterday. The people who work there are exceptionally rude and nasty. They have no interest in helping the customer and in fact are now trying to run a scam where there tell you there's nothing they can do to fix your phone so that they can sell you a more expensive new phone, when in reality there are easy steps you can do to fix the phone. That's what happened to me yesterday. I went in after doing a software update on my phone which broke a lot of the functionality. The clerk informed me there was nothing to be done to fix any of the issues, and his tone was much less than pleasant. After I questioned him, he said "I just told you three times there's nothing that will fix this." He then tried to sell me a new, more expensive phone. When I got home, I called customer service and they were able to walk me through simple steps that fixed my phone within 15 minutes. When I called today to ask for an apology, I was told "we don't do tech support." This company has zero concept of customer service. I'm currently shopping for a new provider. read more

This store is great! I like my T-Mobile service and plan but this store is great because of the people. Gary and Prince have both helped me numerous times. From changing my plan to how to use my phone, they walk me through everything. And Diana is wonderful too. All of these people are patient and polite at all times. I sometimes need to be told something a few times before I really understand it, especially when it comes to phones and tech stuff. They were great in helping me understand and make the best choices, including the most cost effective choices. Diana spent over three hours with my boyfriend and I helping us get new phones and transferring everything from our previous phones. Mine was really old and my boyfriends was just malfunctioning. So when we finally were able to start his back up we had to keep touching the screen so it wouldn't fall asleep, for fear of not being able to unlock it again. Diana even offered to sit with the phone while she ate her dinner on her break! We didn't let her (she deserved her break time) but the offer was genuine and appreciated. The crew at this specific T-Mobile store is wonderful. They are all pleasant and personable ALL the time, not easy when you deal with the public all day. I only go to this T-Mobile store because they have always gone above and beyond to help me and I genuinely like these people. This is my T-Mobile. read more
