At signing, the salesperson quoted me a price for a phone program, and I signed based on those numbers. When the first bill arrived, the price was not what I'd been told -- a difference that adds up to about $936 over the life of the contract. Here's what concerns me most: when I went back, both the salesperson and the store manager, Keith Baldelli, admitted the pricing I was given at signing was wrong. I never would have signed at the real price. I asked them to make it right. I met with Mr. Baldelli in person and got nothing but lip service and no resolution -- and after contacting the store two more times, I received no reply at all. A pricing mistake can happen to anyone. What troubles me is admitting the price was false and then refusing to fix it or even respond. This appears to be a bait and switch, a form of Fraud, rather than a mistake, because when mistakes are made, an ethical individual would want to correct the matter not ignore the victim. Please be very careful or find another store or company!!! Warning and caution needs to be taken with the store manager, Keith Baldelli, and with the in-store phone-program pricing here, especially if you're an older customer who trusts what you're told at the counter. Get every quoted price in writing before you sign, and check it against the actual contract. I am pursuing this through every channel available to me until it's made right.
