He was very patient with this woman who has just a little above average tech skills for someone 74 years old. He worked, called several different customer service areas and was finally able to solve my problem. It took an hour, and not once did he make me feel stupid. Every company would be very lucky to have James and his customer service skills at the ready. He's one in a million!!!

My first experience was so good with Shang that I knew he was my guy if I had another problem…read more Well I got my same phone wet, not submerged but condensation that got inside the lenses etc, and it would not turn on, it was dead. Most places including the Apple Store said it wasn't even worth attempting a fix. I didn't have it properly backed up and it was just awful as u can imagine. I asked Shang if I could fed ex it to him and just try, whatever he could do. I sent it from NYC to him and was trying to figure out what I would do if he couldn't fix it. Well, I am now using it to write this review! I got it back a month ago, quickly, and have NPs! It's all backed up too so I won't have that problem again. He said it might overheat and reboot or have some problems, but other than the battery itself being wonky, it works just fine! It'll carry me til the new model comes out, which is great. Time to upgrade anyway. Shang is VERY fair with his charges, and Fed ex'd it back to me super quick!!! I gave extra bc I felt he earned it and I'm grateful for the two jobs he has now done for me.
