DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED HERE! Mine worked fine for the first4 months and then stopped. I took it to a real repair shop who said they used a cheap screen that stopped working. Also, with his bad repair he damaged my front camera and I had to have that replaced as well. You will cost yourself more time and money coming to this place. Save yourself and go somewhere that GUARANTEES their work. read more

Actually was told about this place by my iPhone carrier. I didn't know if my cracked screen could be fixed! I went in handed the guy my phone, and with in an hour it was repaired and I was given a free screen protector! I hope I don't need to have it repaired again! But if I do I will definitely go back to Aston Wireless. read more

This store has a great staff. Love the customer service. I definitely recommend this location. I was surprised that they were cheaper than all other locations. Don't let this place fool you as just a Sprint store. They are full service repair shop. Technician explained exactly the repair required to fix my problem, fixed my phone and it is just as new again. My first experience was so good with Shang that I knew he was my guy if I had another problem…read more Well I got my same phone wet, not submerged but condensation that got inside the lenses etc, and it would not turn on, it was dead. Most places including the Apple Store said it wasn't even worth attempting a fix. I didn't have it properly backed up and it was just awful as u can imagine. I asked Shang if I could fed ex it to him and just try, whatever he could do. I sent it from NYC to him and was trying to figure out what I would do if he couldn't fix it. He said it might overheat and reboot or have some problems, but other than the battery itself being wonky, it works just fine! It'll carry me til the new model comes out, which is great. I finally got it fixed and less than a week later white lines were all over my screen and it was not functional. I got it fixed at another store and was told that I had used parts in my phone which is likely why it broke so quickly. When I called for a refund I was told it was ridiculous and again "this never happens" and that he was offended that the other store suggested that he didn't use new parts. I paid $160 and had to spend another $140 for it to be fixed properly. No refund, only a hang up.
