Took her to the store was greeted right away by the store manager who then handed us to a sales representative to start breaking down saving and trade ins. She was laughing the whole time at what they were giving her because in her words, "Verizon would try to charge me more for that." She ended up getting a new phone, moving over her tablet, new watch, and because she was moving to a new apartment got T-mobile WiFi. She ended then having a bill for $170 for everything including now having WiFi included. She was also shocked about all the free media platforms that came with her plane for free like Apple TV+, paramount plus and Netflix and she started contemplating all the other choices in life she made from them on. Lol

I spoke to a woman named Juliana who identified her self as the store manager, but she was not the store manager come find out she was the supervisor. She gave me misinformation and told me that I need to contact DoorDash to make arrangements for my order to be picked up. This really was not true. I paid for delivery and I was told by customer care Isaiah (who was a big help which is why 1 star is even being given) that DoorDash would be assigned to me by the company long story short my order got delayed because the store didn't understand their own practices regarding same day delivery and on top of it Juliana was very rude and unprofessional towards me even hanging up the phone because she got mad that I kept asking about the shoes and delivery service that I paid for. This has been the worst experience with buying on-line that I ever had. Please, save yourself the time, effort and confusion. Do not waste your time placing and on-line order here. Juliana should be fired for misrepresenting herself over the telephone and speaking to customers in a rude and unprofessional manner. The manager name is Sharon Elliott and she never came to the phone even when I asked.

It refreshing to see someone take responsibility for a customer's experience. I don't know what's more incredible GameStop's ability to constantly disappoint me or me giving them additional chances. While looking for a copy of Pokémon Sword plus Expansion I was told that this store had a copy in stock. I called the store and a gentleman answers and tells me that they do have it in stock. I drive down and then I'm told that they don't have it. The African American gentleman with braids then attempts to explain to me that had I used the online tool I would've been able to check inventory and not waste time. I explained to him the online tool doesn't work for this specific game hence why I CALLED and drove down to this section of the city. His response is oh then if you want to waste gas driving around that's your choice. I tell him it's not a waste of gas had he actually given me accurate information. His response is for me to just buy it digitally.

The clerk asked what specs I wanted, then brought out a used PlayStation 4 telling me it would cost $170. I said "oh I wanted a new one" The boy behind the counter told me that Sony isn't making new PS4s anymore, and that I had to buy a used one. I immediately checked Google and , Yes, Sony is still making new PS4s. And the new ones cost about the same amount as the used one the boy was trying to sell me. He lied to my face to try and make a sale. I understand that GameStop is struggling but lying to your customers to make a sale is not how you're going to pull through. I won't be purchasing anything from this GameStop again, and it's really put me off the store in general. Don't lie to your customers. It's super easy to check if they're being dishonest. Also, why are you trying to sell used consoles for the same price as a new one?

After looking at the Mejuri website extensively for about a week, and saving all the items I wanted…read moreto look at in my phone, I was excited to finally have time to make it into the store on Walnut street on April 5th. The store was nice and just about every item I had saved was on display. I was able to navigate around pretty easily and figure out where things were, BUT: although I made eye contact with pretty much every employee present (even one that was assisting the one other customer present at the time)... not ONE person greeted me, spoke to me or asked if I wanted assistance. No one looked like they wanted to be there, let alone bother with me. I was in the store for enough time to walk around and look at every single display, reference my phone, pick up things, try them on, etc. Not a smile. Not one word. Finally one sales associate spoke to me, pretty much because I walked over to look at a display of jewelry that was less than a foot away from her and she seemed to reluctantly have no choice. Even as a person that likes to look around and even shop independently, I like to be acknowledged at the very least and I would most likely direct my questions or need for assistance to the person(s) that gave a kind greeting or smile. None of that here. I eveb decided I wanted to purchase one of the items that I saw (a bracelet), but I was so turned off by the vibe, I left. (No one even said goodbye as I made it toward the door.) Great location. Cool pieces. (Some things looked better online than they did in person.) Nice lighting to see everything. Won't be back. I'll stick to my local faves on Philly's Jeweler's Row.

At the conclusion of each visit, he was paid in full. There was no conflict of any kind between us. Since then, my computer system has had the same issue. There has been no response of any kind. In any business relationship between a customer and a business owner, trust is a key ingredient. Phil Chapline broke this trust when he suggested that I contact him if future problems developed. When I needed help, he chose to ignore a paying customer who he had no conflict with. As a result, I definitely would not recommend Chapline Electronics...can't trust this business.

Then I gave Chapline computers a call. He also told me it would probably be 2-3 days. However he was able to give me a probable diagnosis over the phone with a corresponding cost estimate (under $100). I decided to drop the computer off at Chapline. Instead of the 2-3 day wait I was expecting, he asked me if I had a few minutes, proceeded to take the computer apart and replace the power supply and send me home with a repaired computer 15 minutes later - all for less than $100! As I earn my living using this computer every day, I was extremely happy with this good old-fashioned, excellent customer service. Although I'm sure they can't offer that sort of turnaround time (or price) on most repair jobs I will nevertheless be using them for all my computer repair needs in the future.
