I went to the Verizon store in Ridge Pike, Collegeville, PA for my new Iphone 15 Pro Max. Neel was…read morethe technician transferring my data from my old phone to the new phone. I saw the battery was only at 80% and I asked him to charge it to full. He told me that the last 20% would charge 'very slowly'. Really? After everything was done, I left the store with the battery fully charged at 100%. The next time I charged the battery overnight, I saw it was only charged at 80% in the morning. I called Neel and he told me my charger must be not compatible with the new phone or it should have charged 100%. He reminded me that it was fully charged at 100% at the store with the correct charger. He insisted I needed to buy the new charger at his store (not even at Amazon as it might 'blow' off the phone). I was skeptical and searched online and found out about the Charging Optimization that we could choose Optimized, 80% Limit or None. I'm shocked that Neel was either so ignorant, or a 'con'? He told me he has the same Iphone 15 Pro Max too!! Seriously, Verizon Management should look into measures to uphold the image of the company and only employ diligent and honest staff!

This T-Mobile is a part of the Bond Shopping Center, located at State Road and Lansdowne Avenue. Tru-Mark Credit Union, Starbucks, a nail salon and a pizza place are some of the other stores here. It is across the street from the other side of the Bond Shopping Center where the Citizens Bank, Dollar Tree, a pet store, Sally's Beauty Supply and Acme are housed. I like this location of T-Mobile. The associates here are nice, polite and thorough. I say usually a good experience, because once or twice, I believe it could have been better, as far as the associates go. Some of the staff have gone on to other jobs, but the staff there now are pretty quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I wanted to give a shout-out to Will, Rachel and Nina. They are always willing to go the extra mile to assist a T-mobile customer. They realize that customers are not just customers, but people too. I visited this location on Saturday, January 18th, 2020, to pay my cell phone bill. This location is usually well stocked with phone accessories. Once or twice, I needed a phone charger, the in the wall kind and they were all out. I miss the kiosk they had in all of the locations. Why they got rid of it, I understand, but in my opinion, they should have kept the kiosks. Why?Because the associates can help customers with their phone problems, not have to assist the customers with paying their bills. This way, if there are a lot of patrons in the store, the patrons who only want to pay their bills can do so at the kiosk and not have to wait in line for a T-mobile associate. And of course, there is the option of paying on-line. There is ample parking here. Sometimes, there are no spaces available, because that many people are in the shopping center, or cars are parked illegally there and not using the services or stores in the center. I then found that the sales rep, Ari Scales, charged us for an accessory without disclosing it. I called to speak to the manager to ask for a credit, in which I spoke with Khary Carrintgon, who basically told me this was normal practice because they assume everyone needs a new charging dock (my Mom traded in an iPhone that CLEARLY used a c-type charging dock) & my only option was to return the accessory to the store. I drove all the way back to the store and was then told I could not return the accessory without my Mom's ID or I had to come back the next day. I asked why they couldn't just credit me $20 and the response was "you can call customer service." I feel taken advantage of because I have an itemized written breakdown of charges from Ari, and she did not include the accessory. I only noticed when I looked at my Mom's receipt when I got home. I take the blame for not looking it over in store, but also isn't the employee supposed to have some INTEGRITY?! Then Kyree calls my Mom and tells her I am banned from all T- Mobile stores! This is absolutely unfair to anyone, let alone a BRAND NEW customer. To top it all off, I was charged TWICE by the store rep. She said the system timed out but both transaction cleared from my bank. Now I have to wait for the bank to investigate this in order to get a refund!
