    Went to get my mom a phone today and I should have known something was off when they said I was…read morerequired to pay at least $20 in cash (A LIE- this is NOT required, but something that helps them meet their quota!). I then found that the sales rep, Ari Scales, charged us for an accessory without disclosing it. I called to speak to the manager to ask for a credit, in which I spoke with Khary Carrintgon, who basically told me this was normal practice because they assume everyone needs a new charging dock (my Mom traded in an iPhone that CLEARLY used a c-type charging dock) & my only option was to return the accessory to the store. I drove all the way back to the store and was then told I could not return the accessory without my Mom's ID or I had to come back the next day. I asked why they couldn't just credit me $20 and the response was "you can call customer service." I feel taken advantage of because I have an itemized written breakdown of charges from Ari, and she did not include the accessory. I only noticed when I looked at my Mom's receipt when I got home. I take the blame for not looking it over in store, but also isn't the employee supposed to have some INTEGRITY?! Then Kyree calls my Mom and tells her I am banned from all T- Mobile stores! This is absolutely unfair to anyone, let alone a BRAND NEW customer. To top it all off, I was charged TWICE by the store rep. She said the system timed out but both transaction cleared from my bank. Now I have to wait for the bank to investigate this in order to get a refund!

When I went back to the store to exchange it, the store wasn't terribly crowded and there were three workers on the floor, but they made me wait 45 minutes to do the exchange. I mentioned that to the worker doing the exchange - "This shouldn't have taken 45 minutes" - and was ignored. Subpar. This happened on June 20, 2022, from 7 to 7:45pm. I hope management reads this and comes down hard on this store.

Although the payment was sent, T-mobile said they didn't get it and it's only 5 days late after being a customer with good credit for 6 yrs.,they are threatening to cut off service bering only 5 days late ,SERIOUSLY??? Someone keeps calling me but don't identify themselves as Tmobile so I don't answer. I called the 1-800 # and explained everything. The 1-800- number told me not to worry although I had to talk to 3 different representatives a few being rude and conflicting with information and directions as to how to proceed and remedy this problem. THIS T-MOBILE STORE- will not help you and tell you "we don't do that" or take a payment even though when you call T-mobile they tell you that any store should be able to help you with your account and take a payment. Stay away from here and switch to a different cell phone carrier with decent customer service like -Consumer cellular .

After the 2 customers ahead of me left frustrated, I'm not sure why I expected anything to go better for me. After about 20 minutes of staring at her tablet, she had me fill out a few forms which apparently led to some kind of issue and which point she said she couldn't help. No other managers or employees of any kind offered any assistance. And so I left just as annoyed as those before me.
