There was nowhere to sit because all the employees were taking up the only chairs in the store- I was not even offered a seat.. He tells me "YOu can't walk in and out of the store 5 times because we have a tracer and it looks like more customers are coming in the store, and we get dinged." I was shocked. He yelled at me like I was a criminal. I've been a tmobile customer for over 20 years and I was horrified I was treated this way.

Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording.
