Upon receiving my bill, I spent about an hour on the phone with 2 customer service people located in India who were barely understandable. I couldn't understand why I was being charged 7 installments of $35.70 and then getting a $10.41 credit. It turns out that they charge me 7 payments of $35.70 (total $250) and then credit me $10.41 for the next 24 months (total $250). What this means is that I am essentially lending them $250, and then they are paying me back over 2 years. This arrangement was NEVER explained to me up front, and I consider it fraudulent. If I wasn't dying of cancer, I might fight it.

I've been sitting here Turns out you wait in front and they just help you. The girl said "oh we don't always use that. We come up and ask". So frustrating. Back to Verizon Sproul I went where I was told along with 4 others that Verizon is experiencing an outage in Springfield it will be fixed shortly, The next day, Tuesday still nothing. Back I went only to be told by two gentlemen that there still isn't service in Springfield. The one gentleman noticed I probably wasn't even able to call 911. Fabulous. Wednesday I awoke to... no service again! I had heard about the Verizon in the Target shopping center on City Line Ave. It wasn't exactly around the corner but I was desperate. Daniella there was FABULOUS! She did tell me that there were NO OUTAGES in the Springfield area and there hadn't been which means I was lied to by the Springfield store. And I'm sure they work on commission which is unfortunate for them because I needed and received a new 16 pro max. Thank you you Springfield slackers because thanx to you I got a new phone with a great representative.
