I was stunned at 6pm on the 3rd of July by this store in the best way. After an hour on the phone with Verizon after upgrading they couldn't manage to get my new phone to connect to the network. Within 10 minutes of talking to Mariah and Silver, they were on the phone escalating it to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and avoid calling customer support and go visit the personable employees at Verizon in Lionville. Those two turned my night around and saved me from having no phone on the 4th. Best experience ever. I hate when I have to upgrade my phone but they made it seamless. They pre-ordered my phone, called to let me know it was there, did the transfer for me, directed me to a better plan with a discount, and sent in my trade in. Everything I was told was a flat out lie. After countless hours in the store and on the phone to fix billing, I can say with certainty that I'd NEVER switch to version again. I'd NEVER recommend this store. I should have walked out after the first four hour wait. This is my third month and its still not fixed. read more

I know I'm not the only one that can be a little hesitant as far as having to upgrade due to some past experiences; but this location, specifically John, was AMAZING! Immediately walking in, John greeted me so well & started the process right away for me for upgrading my phone. He wasn't pushy, he listened to my concerns, had eveything all ready to go, & he even found me an extra discount on my account for trading in my old phone! You can tell he truly cares about the customers. He was very tranparent about the pricing and the process, and jaut as he said, there was 0 hidden fees! If you ever want to switch to Verizon, or upgrade, I HIGHLY recommend going to this location and seeing John! read more

wow...just wow. had the best experience EVER ordering a new phone at a Verizon store! Brandon helped out me and my son. we had gone to a different store close to us and they were a mess. even other times at that store when thing went OK, it wasn't nearly as smooth and efficient as Brandon handled it! we both left amazed - jaws hanging open. thank you Brandon for being so knowledgeable and truly helpful, and so efficient! btw I never write reviews...just lose the mojo after the experience. but had to write one in this case bc it was so very good (a unicorn for us in the cellphone store arena) read more

This business refused to help me. I tried to get a new phone today and was treated extremely poorly. My phone is part of a business account. This is my 4th or 5th model and I've never had a problem before, but today I was told that unless my boss physically came into the store, they wouldn't help me. If you own or are the CEO of a large business, can you imagine making a trip into a phone store for every single employee? Are they also unaware that more and more employees are working remotely, often several states away from their boss? Mind you, I had my boss on the phone to give authorization. After three very unproductive attempts to have my phone issue diagnosed using the Verizon tech support by phone, I stopped by the Verizon store in Lionville to see if they could troubleshoot. After going through all the possible fixes, Mark contacted tech support himself and got them to agree to a replacement. He even arranged a loaner phone until my new one arrives tomorrow. Don't buy a phone here as they will not honor your contract. I wanted to exchange my phone and they wanted to charge 100 dollars to exchange a phone and would not take back the case or the screen protector. Go to Verizon Wireless on Quarry road. They charge 50 to exchange the phone and will take back the case and screen protector. There is nothing in the contract saying they would charge 100. read more

When I finally had time to replace my ancient, cracked and dying Blackberry with an Android, I had to find a phone store to go to because in addition to switching to Droid I wanted to switch phone carriers to Verizon. I'd gotten all my previous smart phones through mail order, because I hate phone stores as a general rule - the people working there never have what you want, try to sell you things you don't want or need, look at you funny if your phone is over 6 months old or you're over 30 years old, and generally act like they're doing you a favor to wait on you. Or else they try to rip you off by selling you a refurbished phone and pretending it's new, that sort of thing. At first I was just going to go to one of the phone stores near my apartment but I soon discovered that just about every phone store in the West Chester / West Goshen area had terrible online reviews - except for this one which had reviews here and on Google that seemed unbelievably good. So, I stopped by to see if I could get this phone schtick taken care of once and for all. I am pleased to report that the service in here was top notch. A young guy named "Phil" sold me the new phone of my choice, and he did not once talk down to me, act bored, snicker at the condition my existing old phone was in (can you say, held together with postal tape and mostly dysfunctional due to lack of time to replace it), complain when I could not remember the password to my account or when my old SIM card did not work, or roll his eyes when I asked if I could buy an extra phone battery there (apparently phone stores don't carry batteries because they would have to ask a sky-high price for them for some reason - I did not know that and no other phone store employee ever bothered to tell me). Since then I have called back to ask a service question and whoever answered the phone - it was not Phil, he was off work that day - was just as pleasant and polite to deal with. I am told that people drive from as far away as King of Prussia, which has tons of its own shopping and is a long drive, just to visit this phone store because the service is soooo good.
