All I needed was a SIM card and some assistance getting the phone to work on a workday. Manager and employees were dismissive, unhelpful and rude. They acted bothered with an attitude the MOMENT I walked in the store / I calmly explained that my phone was being ported to Verizon and something had happened and made my phone not work during a work day. They could not have cared any less about my predicament nor took any interest in solving it. The lady I spoke to at the store told me to "call Verizon" - which I did from the store. When Verizon tech support got on the phone - they asked me to hand the phone to the representative in the store so they could explain the error the store said it was seeing. The woman actually told me she couldnt talk to Verizon tech support and that she knew nothing about my account. THE STORE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT TALK TO THEIR OWN COMPANY TECH SUPPORT. I walked out while still talking to the Verizon tech support person on the phone - and drove to the the Verizon store in Exton at: 146 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA, 19341 The manager John immediately interfaced with the Verizon tech support person (who stayed with me on the phone during the entire drive over) and immediately figured out how to solve the problem and my phone was back on. I recommend going to the Exton Verizon store and asking for John and avoiding the Downingtown store completely. I almost left Verizon and went back to T-Mobile over this. Tech support on the phone and John in the Exton store saved a customer with 5 lines. And he mae a sale for a new phone while at it.

They didn't inform her that there was more storage when she was in (BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT IN STORE). The mobile switch was not as smooth. First I went to UBreakifix because they came recommended and had good reviews (more on google than Yelp), but they would need to order the glass, 3-5 days and needed four hours for the repair. Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be. I'm hopeful that things are all good.
