Another recurring concern is their lack of punctuality. Frequently, their customers approach me, inquiring about their delays. I used to attempt to explain, but the frequency of these encounters has led me to abandon such efforts. It appears they place little importance on timeliness. Regarding customer interactions, there's room for improvement. Their approach often seems detached from customer concerns, giving the impression that profit takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Recalling my own experience, I once visited iGeeks to have my camcorder repaired. Regrettably, the person in charge was engrossed in a phone conversation and didn't attend to my needs, which felt dismissive. To summarize, while I had no intention of engaging with iGeeks directly, their practices have indirectly affected our work environment near them. I walked out while still talking to the Verizon tech support person on the phone - and drove to the the Verizon store in Exton at: 146 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA, 19341 The manager John immediately interfaced with the Verizon tech support person (who stayed with me on the phone during the entire drive over) and immediately figured out how to solve the problem and my phone was back on. I recommend going to the Exton Verizon store and asking for John and avoiding the Downingtown store completely. I almost left Verizon and went back to T-Mobile over this. First I went to UBreakifix because they came recommended and had good reviews (more on google than Yelp), but they would need to order the glass, 3-5 days and needed four hours for the repair. Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be. I'm hopeful that things are all good.
