The screen had cracked while I was traveling and it was replaced there. I discovered when I returned that the microphone was not working. I took it in to Igeeks on the scheduled day, when parts were to be available. Called to pick up the next day and was told there was a problem with repair and they would work on it to pick up the next day. This continued for 10 DAYS! One day I visited the store to resolve the issue and it was CLOSED DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. They often did not return my daily calls. They provided various technical, involved reasons for the delay. Felt like I was being swamped. Finally after extensive discussions (when I was able to speak to them by phone) they said the microphone was working and it was ready to pick up. I paid the service charge and the cost. When I tried it at home the microphone STILL DIDN'T WORK. Frustrated, I took it to an Apple Store where I was told that the microphone repair was not possible on a screen! So my option was to purchase a new IPad and get a recycling discount for the one I relinquished. Results: the price of a new IPad + the charges for an unsuccessful repair. AND the inconvenience caused by Igeeks delays and excuses. Beware!

All I needed was a SIM card and some assistance getting the phone to work on a workday. Manager and employees were dismissive, unhelpful and rude. They acted bothered with an attitude the MOMENT I walked in the store / I calmly explained that my phone was being ported to Verizon and something had happened and made my phone not work during a work day. They could not have cared any less about my predicament nor took any interest in solving it. The lady I spoke to at the store told me to "call Verizon" - which I did from the store. When Verizon tech support got on the phone - they asked me to hand the phone to the representative in the store so they could explain the error the store said it was seeing. The woman actually told me she couldnt talk to Verizon tech support and that she knew nothing about my account. THE STORE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT TALK TO THEIR OWN COMPANY TECH SUPPORT. I walked out while still talking to the Verizon tech support person on the phone - and drove to the the Verizon store in Exton at: 146 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA, 19341 The manager John immediately interfaced with the Verizon tech support person (who stayed with me on the phone during the entire drive over) and immediately figured out how to solve the problem and my phone was back on. I recommend going to the Exton Verizon store and asking for John and avoiding the Downingtown store completely. I almost left Verizon and went back to T-Mobile over this. Tech support on the phone and John in the Exton store saved a customer with 5 lines. And he mae a sale for a new phone while at it.

She left place shook up and absolutely shocked of the treatment!! My best friend is far too kind to make a complaint. So I am doing this for her. She went into the T-Mobil store to trade in her new iPhone for more storage (less than 14 day). She was a Samsung user and just switched over. I told her to go back in and get more storage. They didn't inform her that there was more storage when she was in (BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT IN STORE). They told her they can't help her and that she doesn't know what she is talking about because she could "just pay for iCloud". That's not what we want!! They refused to service her. They spoke down to her so badly that she even asked "why are you acting like this is going to effect your sales?" And the guy said "it does! You're going to make us look like we didn't sell you the right product". BUT THEY DIDN'T sell her the right product!! I am shocked that this is the service anyone would provide!!!
