This is located closer to Pottstown Pike in Exton in a strip mall . The parking lot is shared and plenty. I have used this service to get my Samsung phone fixed through the warranty. The Diagnostics they run is good, and also, the fix they have done is perfect. The issue hasn't been recorded after that. I definitely won't be going back! When I spoke to the gentleman at front desk he told me the screen for my IPhone 12 Pro was 270$. It is apple approved & accepts the Face ID. I asked why so expensive & he explained why & then said they can get a cheaper one but they have to order it in & it wouldn't accept Face ID. I gave the go ahead to make the repair. Since it's not actually an apple product or apple approved my phone no has a constant alert in settings which for me is very annoying to always see. read more

This is a horrible experience!!! if you don't want to lose your item, don't ever come this place! ! I dropped my phone there 3weeks ago for a cosmetic damage( back cracked) they told me I can pick up at the same day if I dropped in the morning .I got there waited for 20 minutes before the shop close. The manager came out and told me my phone could Not start. Without any discussion to send my phone with me - couple days later, wanna stop by , they sent my phone to somewhere else to fix. 3 weeks later when I asked my phone back, they still couldn't give me a date, they don't know any status if the phone can fix. They know for the $1300 phone you cannot do anything. But if u don't want to lose you item just directly go to apple . Their price aren't cheap but they are not qualified for sure! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this store. Service was terrible. The "manager", Alex, is a liar, incompetent, disorganized, and most importantly will try to get your money at any cost without even doing his job/fixing your problem. I took my Nintendo switch back in April to get it fixed because the headphone piece was not working correctly. They charged me $105 for a headphone piece replacement and said that the piece had warranty. Fast forward to August the piece stopped working. I took the Nintendo back with proof of payment - Alex argued with me and said that I had never been there because the headphone piece had never been replaced and it was still a Nintendo headphone piece. Basically got charged $105 for a job they didn't do originally. Continued to argue with them and showed proof of payment - the store then finally decided to do a "courtesy" replacement. When I picked up the Nintendo I didn't use until 2 days later, when I finally did, I realized that it was not reading my SD card. Went back to the store until the weekend and explained that my SD card memory reader was working perfectly fine before the headphone piece was replaced. Alex then insisted and swore that he had done a check up and everything was working perfectly fine with my switch when it left the store, and that if I wanted my memory reader fixed/replaced I would have to pay $150. I was pretty upset because I knew it had been broken during the time they had replaced the headphone piece. I took it to Delaware for a second opinion, the tech opened the Nintendo and said the SD card memory reader had not been connected correctly and the piece was actually not even plugged in. My phone has been broken for 2 years but hadn't got worse till this year. I dropped it while at a show and the whole back shattered and the front was all messed up. They fixed the front perfectly and looked brand new until they went to fix the back. The back with a whole fake screen, camera, and flashlight broke even more where you couldn't even see photos of me. Took forever to give my phone back today when I went.
