Unfortunately they were not able to fix the issue, but where they were truly helpful was explaining the issue that needed to be addressed, the telephone number from Dell as well as my service code. They told me that Dell would most likely send a representative out to my house to fix and to be honest I was skeptical it would be that easy. Only used this place once and they were unfortunately unable to fix my problem but I would absolutely go back. I mean when your 3in1 laptop falls and breaks to the point where it's nearly impossible to repair and if you did it would be cheaper to get a new one, I can hardly blame the repairman. Anthony explained exactly what he did to diagnose and attempt to repair the issue and why he was unable to do so. He gave additional recommendations which I tried but even the manufacturer was not able to offer a solution. He did not try to charge for anything extra or try to sell me anything.
