Love the new changes in the store. The Front greeter was pleasant and my rep was honest and fast. Pleased about the change.

I entered the store to ask about internet and TV plan options. When I walked in the greeting was not friendly and when I asked to review my current bill and plan options, I was told they cannot provide a breakdown of my current plan. So, I couldn't figure what part of my bill is for internet and what part is for TV channels. I asked if I could review other plans and the person I was speaking to responded in a sarcastic way and said I already have the best plan. Not friendly or professional customer service skills at all. I am going to consider closing my Xfinity account and switch to another provider. read more

I entered this store to be stared and when I lady approached me with an attitude right off the start and when I was clearly confused and asked questions she responded sarcastically. I hope she knows she's in the wrong business if that's how she treats customer service. read more

At the Exton, PA Xfinity store, I had a totally unacceptable experience. The first time was attempting to make minor changes on the account. A rude woman going by title of manager or assistant manager barked out phrases in response to questions. (Example: when asked what WIFI router is compatible to my system, she shouted "Best Buy!". I responded that I just needed the name of a compatible router, and she shouted again "Best Buy!" while she made an annoyed gesture with her hand). This customer left very dissatisfied, and I got assistance at the KOP store. The Exton, PA store is known for rudeness and a toxic environment due to the disturbing behavior of this employee. read more

Terrible service. This location's goal is to sell products to consumers, rather than help their current customers. I had defunct equipment and went to exchange after a chat agent already put in an exchange request on their end. I went to the store to exchange and was told to fill out an online form and wait for a response within "24-48 hours". That was on Monday. The day of this review is Thursday. Still no response on the "exchange". The photo included shows the defunct unit, no functioning Ethernet ports and less than 25 mbps when I have a 1.2 gig plan. read more

I was attempting to return some old equipment to this store. I checked in and it looked like I was behind a line of eight or nine people. I was told by the associate at the front desk that it was going to be quite a while. I asked her if if I was just returning some equipment would I still have to wait in the long line? She said I did. I went to the store to move my device today. Two people were at the counter when I entered. One greeted me, yet never made eye contact. I told her what it was there for, and the other employee answered my inquiry. I went to the desk with this employee. Things started out very well, until he asked if I had me cell phone to reply to a text to complete the move. I left my phone in my car and went to get it. I was gone no more than 30 seconds. In that time he toon another customer who was buying two cell phones and needed to migrate old phones. I'm that 30 seconds, I was no longer a priority. This customer completely overrode me. I had questions about changing my service and the terms of my contract. The customer service person never reviewed anything and was clearly irritated as he kept looking at the other customer who he had left ne hanging for to go fetch two new phones. I asked why he would treat me like this and said o was just going to leave. He said. Ok goodbye. No apology, no "hey Mr cell phone customer, let me finish with this customer who is was working with." Destiny helped me today. I'm a college student so setting up WiFi, cable, etc is all new for me but she made it so quick And simple. the entire ordeal took maybe 20 minutes. The cable box came with a free indoor security camera as well so we ended up getting an amazing deal! Definitely recommend her for any services or issues. read more

I have had great experiences every time I have gone to this store. Great customer service. They greet you immediately, are really friendly and knowledgeable and give Great service!!! They are really awesome to deal with. The store itself has a great layout. Open and uncluttered. Everyone treats you like you are their number one priority. I returned my equipment and canceled my service August 26th. I was billed for another month of service. When I called the 800 number I was told that there was no record of cancellation of service or return of equipment. I spoke to the store manager, Michael E. Dean, and he seemed that I was bothering him with this issue. He also said I should look for a new cell phone carrier, since I no longer have internet through Comcast. read more

Xfinity cable connection has been going down often recently! When customer calls, it says to unplug cable & reconnect which does not work & is an idiot's way to fix problems. It does not have customer care by phone! It does not inform uups of trouble spots! Service is nonexistent! read more

Do NOT give this location your business. Absolute terrible experience. The staff will sell you products to make their daily number while leaving the customer high and dry because they don't understand their own product. I signed up for Xfinity Internet and Mobile only for my phone to be cut off for three days because their phone porting process is archaic and failed to successfully port costing me HOURS of my time and my small business money. read more

We were notified we could upgrade for free to X1. within months of receiving the upgrade kit we had to return the refurbed boxes and so they didn't work, only to receive refurbs again. Cable continues to be a problem, freezes/locks up, you have to actually unplug from the wall and restart your tv. I cannot even comment on the internet experiences I have had using this company....I am speechless it is that BAD. All that money I pay every month and nothing but problems over and over....slow connections/dropped connections....ugh. Wondering if Verizon FIOS is better.... read more
