I haven't used it yet because it didn't come with a dropper. How am I supposed to put in 2-3 DROPS of oil without a dropper?? I placed my order on 12/13 so they would arrive before Christmas (I ordered 3 of the "Smell My Nuts" candles). The package arrived on 12/20 and when I opened the box I saw that there were only 5 or 6 packing peanuts in there with the 3 glass candles, and the labels on 2 of the candles had been rubbed off due to bumping against eachother during transit. I called the company and left a voicemail explaining what had happened and asking if someone could call me back to discuss the situation. I didn't get a call back on 12/21, so on 12/22 when I picked up the phone to call them again I was already agitated since I thought there was no way they could get 2 more undamaged candles to me in time for Christmas. The representative on the phone knew about my situation as soon as I gave my name, and she told me they had already shipped out 2 more candles free of charge, and that the package would arrive on 12/24 so I would have them in time for Christmas. WOW! I was impressed. That is what I call service! They didn't try to argue with me about the candles being damaged, didn't ask me to send pictures (although I had taken them just in case), and just went ahead and did the right thing!!! Also let me add that the quality of these candles is phenomenal. I bought them pretty much as a joke gift because of the name (come on, you know it's hilarious), but the scent is amazing and they burn really well. You don't get the black smoke that you see with some of the poor quality wicks, and the candles seem to burn all the way down very evenly as long as you're burning them for the recommended amount of time. I brought one of the damaged ones to work (since you can't read the "Smell My Nuts" part on the label), and have gotten tons of compliments on the scent. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and I plan on purchasing more candles from them in the future.

They took the time to show me the newest Spring Holiday scents and products, and they were incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the "scent throw" of different candles based on size and fragrance notes, which helped me decide which candles to purchase. It was clear they were much more than sales associates. These ladies love candles! Their friendliness, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm made my day. You have an option to have them drillout parr of the top candle wick area and use three candle with a small LED light. This option illuminates the whole candle with a nice glow. Although tempting to do, we opted to keep it the way it was made. They packed it in a small box with those styrofoam peanuts so it wouldn't get damaged, which was a nice touch.
