The staff is 80% new as well and they work well with one another and take pride in how this store looks, how customers are treated and ensuring the Kirklands brand is represented well. I have seen this staff being extremely helpful by carrying furniture, customers packages/bags out to their cars & SUV's as well as being very accommodating to them. Being a part of a store who offers "True" customer service where a staff goes out of their way to make the customer feel valued, appreciated and special is exciting and rare. They pulled them out but the two additional ones were not what I was looking for. They asked me if I wanted them to call another store to see if they had a better selection. Wow! Service! How refreshing. Sure enough, they called another local store of my choosing and they had many more choices there. What a great experience!

They were very knowledgeable which was lovely. I have just recently been tapping into my spirituality more and felt very welcome here. I ended up buying a few crystals and bracelets- on the shelves by most items they had small slips of paper explaining what each item was and its significance- I thought that was really nice and you can take the papers home with you.
