Found this location on my visit to Ups, so I wanted to give it a try. The shop is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The cookies looked so good and there are some decorative cookies too but high on price point. I ordered red velvet cookies, and they tasted delicious. Ordered their 'gourmet' birthday cookies online and my order was routed to this store. I expect on time delivery since they are charging premium for their delivery service as well, but nope they delivered the day after my friend's birthday. Very disappointed. I have to track down the main customer service people so I can get explanation why my order didn't arrive that day because the store is not replying to my inquiry (later on they blamed the courier, but I can see they placed the request late so it would be delivered based on their request). I will not order from this company again. I should have stick to edible arrangements or a more reliable company. And looks like there is nothing great about the cookies anyway. read more

Kindness and great service. I dropped by unannounced for Cookies on a day where they had received a 500 dash cookie order. They could have easily turned me away, but the shop -keeper was so nice and went upfront to get me the cookies I asked for. Customer service is literally so awful. and if you want a special design they start to get all huffy and puffy. Also for my delivery I called to tell them instructions for my apartment complex and the delivery driver was already there and did not deliver my cookies till the next day. They don't give you a time of day of delivery so you have to wait around for the whole day. They also got an attitude when I asked if someone can call me when they get here. We receive a Cookie Bouquet from my father-in-law for the kids a couple times per year. He orders on line or by phone and when this particular location is the one he reaches, the cookies are, by far, the best. We love their Cookie Bouquets! Placed an order online for delivery. Received an email the delivery was made. Called my friend to make sure the gift was received. Found out the delivery person left the package at a side door (one they never use) and did not even attempt to give it to anyone. Someone was home all day but they delivery person never even knocked on the door. This were a rural area and any animal could have destroyed the gift if I had not called. The cookies are beautiful but not cheap. I paid for delivery to a recipient. I expect the delivery person to do his/her job & make sure that recipient receives the gift. read more

I placed an order with them expecting fresh baked cookies but to my dismay all the cookies tasted like they have been sitting out for weeks. Every single cookie tasted stale and bland.
