Pleasantly Surprised A Sweet First Visit! Tried Crumbl for the first time and was honestly surprised by how much I liked it! I picked up the mini pack, which was the perfect size , just enough to sample a few flavors without going overboard. The cookies were soft, fresh, and had great flavor. Been here twice. Both times the service was very fast and the employees where very kind. The ambiance is good, and you can tell they clean the shop frequently. Although I'm not a huge fan of super sweet things, I enjoyed their cookies. They looked like what they were supposed to as-well. If you go in with the mindset that these are more cakes than cookies, you will be very happy. I love the variety and ever changing weekly recipe. Ordering from the app is a piece of cake (pun intended), and I use the cookie journal to keep track of my personal favorites and ones I wouldn't order again.
