It was my daughter's birthday and I put an order in on grub hub. We have not been to this location. It is in the parking lot with Walmart and Old Navy. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and the staff treated my little girl like a princess. They even gave her a cookie on the house! So we wanted to find out what the hype was about so we went to the Crumbl. Post-pandemic, this is still a limited contact business. You place your order on one of 2 iPads, pay by credit card and pick up your order when they call your name. Sampled of the cookies are available to view before you order. A mini is the size of a typical cookie. A regular size to them is an oversized 4+ inch. We ordered 6 different minis which is like 6 other cookies. You are prompted to tip for them putting them in a box and showing them to you before they close it. The box is cute and pink and just large enough for 6 cookies. With a modest tip, is was about $18 or $3 per cookie. We ordered the rocky road, classic chocolate chip, churro white chocolate, salted caramel cheesecake, s'mores, and the Kentucky butter cake. For at least three of these cookies, I had to go back to my receipt because they weren't that memorable. The big fail was the salted caramel cheesecake was a butter cookie with topped with white icing and then topped with caramel. After the first bite, the caramel sloughed off the rest of the cookie. Are they good cookies? Yes. Not better than most scratch-made, home-made cookies. I can make similar ones at home and for $3 a cookie, I can do better. read more

Located in a nice shopping center with lots of parking. We were greeted by 2 employees right away upon entering. The store was clean and smelled AMAZING. Ordered on the kiosk, and our cookies were out in less than a minute. They even took the time to help 2 younger girls who only had cash. Only "flavor" one tastes in the cookie is sweet. The waste is appalling: the product arrives in a once-and-done box. Partially explains why one visually unappealing cookie is nearly $5.00: less than a buck for the ingredients, the labor and overhead with the balance paying for the waste of a fancy pink box and paint. I had previously had one of the cookies in the Wayne store and it was delicious. Since the one in Exton on Main Street was open I decided to try it. I was somewhat disappointed. The cookie was raw annd overly doughy. It did not have the same consistency or taste as the one in Wayne. I also don't understand why this business only offers the smaller cookies for catering. read more

They are ok cookies. A lot the type of cookies they make are very doughy and tastes raw in the middle to me but I know a lot of people like cookies like that. I prefer the texture of Insomnia Cookies but Crumble has better variety with coming out with a new line up every week to keep people interested. read more

I came in especially for the cheesecake cookie to be told they didn't have any left. So instead of buying the 4 pack that cost $15.58 I bought two individual cookies that came to $9.90. Right as I got my change, a man from the back came up hearing the conversation and told me that they had a batch that just cooled and they just needed to be iced and decorated. So I ordered another two and asked if I could just be charged for the 4 pack instead but the girl at the front stated that I couldn't do that because the last order was in already. So I was charged $20 in total instead of getting the deal for 15.50 Which im bothered about because not only are the cookies on the expensive side, I had just came in earlier today and purchased cookies for my staff as we are a neighboring business on the Main Street, and left a generous tip. I feel like it could have easily been fixed but was totally shut down and she didn't even try and fix it or speak to someone regarding this issue. As it is late I just wanted to go home and didn't want to make a big deal of it but I won't be returning because of this experience.
