The Guido is a cheesesteak with Cooper Sharp cheese, fried onions, and long hots on a seeded roll. I usually don't get long hots, but they seemed very proud of their Guido, so I got long hots. I am glad I did. All of the flavor came from the long hots. The guido was $13.25 after tax. You know I love that! I took my guido to Pennsylvanie Distilling Co. That was a great idea.
