People always want to call this place Pandemonium including myself I hear the dough is used with no added preservatives and sold fresh- so with those qualities and social media- expect a line. I was about 45 minutes early and 4th in line. And by the time the place opened, there were at least 20 people behind me. This was on a relatively cold day at around 30 degrees or colder even and I had double layers coat, pants, socks, and still felt slightly cold waiting. Partner surprised me with a box of PanDoughMonium this morning. Lucky girl! Doughnuts were good, close to a Beilers and huge. Raisin cinnamon roll was loaded with raisins and clocked in at over half a pound. Danish were tasty too. You got to try it. Get up early on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and indulge in a sugar high. read more

Donuts were really really big but all yeast donuts and no cake donuts. Donuts were just too sweet for me. Pop tart was good. I would say the baked goods are decent but I've had better. Also went on a Friday and thought it opened at 6am but apparently they changed it to 7am with no real notice? Also wish there was a menu online to see what they have. Waited 30 minutes outside on a snowy Saturday. Staff was friendly. Donut, sticky bun, cinnamon roll, and soft pretzel were all delicious! I do think Westtown Market, September Farm, Hershey Farm Market all offer equivalent baked goods, BUT if you live closer to Dtown, great place for sweets read more

My mother-in-law wanted to do something special for Father's Day and get my father-in-law a sweet treat. By the time I got there on Friday the 19th, a lot of the options we knew he would like were already sold out. Which is to be expected from such a positively talked-about up-and-coming establishment who, until recently, prided themselves on promoting kindness, compassion, and good nature for the community. Now imagine how happy I was when I scanned the remaining items and found his favorite pie, blueberry, the last man standing on the counter. I waited my turn with bated breath, hoping no one would take it and I could do this act of kindness for a man that has done so much for us. Thankfully, my turn came, and it was still there! I had gotten a cream cheese sticky bun, a salted pretzel, and this gift boxed up and ready for me to take home. My in-laws split the pie, and although they did genuinely enjoy it, there were some aspects of it that were left to be desired. They complimented the filling, but the lattice crust on top was too thick to bite into and overcooked. But being the picture of family and forgiveness, my mother-in-law took to instagram and privately messaged them with some constructive criticism, not overall denouncing the business or attacking the ownership. She said "Your blueberry pie has potential however, the lattice top is way too thick and overcooked. The filling is delicious but it is overpowered by the thick crust. Have a great weekend! " Now fast forward to yesterday, she was browsing her stories on Instagram, looking to see what goodies were available, and couldn't find Pandoughmonium's story. She went to the Instagram page, and was horrified with what she found. They had blocked her. This business that we look forward to visiting nearly every week, that promotes these good whole hearted family values, didn't take accountability or offer to make it right, just cast my mother-in-law out into the figurative cold without a word. This does not make me or anyone who I've platformed this business to want to return. How can you be preaching in the streets the message of love and understanding and yet at the slightest critique turn a blind eye to those who were your loyal and faithful customers? It's not right. Shame on you for not living up to your word. Best of luck to all those who tread upon this "family-friendly business" and remember to keep your criticisms to yourself. Otherwise, you too will be disappointed in what may happen next. We reached out yesterday at 11:30 AM to the email they provided us with to discuss this issue further and have yet to receive a response. This further proves my point that they can't be bothered to take any measurable action to reconcile our grievances privately. read more

If you are a soft pretzel fan, be prepared to never patronize elsewhere. You will spoil yourself trying theirs. If you are not already a soft pretzel fan and try theirs, you will be a convert. My husband and I buy extra and freeze them so we can have them as a late night snack, like the fiendish raccoons we are. No soft pretzels hold a candle. Go in the morning for the pastries, but buy soft pretzels for the afternoon once your blood sugar has plummeted. You won't regret it. read more

I got doughnuts sticky buns a few danish's I don't have any pictures unfortunately when I got the box to work everything was devoured too fast! The service was great super friendly it's quick once you get inside. I can definitely see why people stand outside for hours to get some of this bakery. It's incredibly delicious. Quick, friendly, and delicious! Their strawberry frosted doughnut is to die for and everything else looked so good. This morning was my first time there but I will definitely be coming back. I got there at 7:50 AM on a Saturday (they open at 8) and there were about 20 people ahead of me in line. They ran out of cinnamon rolls right before me so make sure you get there early if you want those! The workers there were all so cheerful and helpful and efficient. Indulgement at its finest! You've got to give this place a try, that's if you can get in. For months I have been passing by looking at the long line to get into this bakery. Finally I had the perfect opportunity and took advantage. The donuts, pastries, pretzels, sticky buns etc were HUGE. The set up inside was very smart and visually satisfying.
