We ultimately bought two slices each to share over the next few days at home, but we immediately broke into the Biscoff cheesecake and knew we had chosen wisely. This is hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had. A beautiful layer of caramel on top, perfectly dense cheesecake filling, and delicious cookie crust. I could write a song about it. Maybe I will. This is a 5/5 cheesecake. Maybe more. We also tried the lemon blueberry cheesecake, which I would rate a 4/5. The filling seemed to be more lemon than blueberry, but there were blueberries inside. I would have loved a blueberry swirl as well. But I'm nitpicking. The third flavor we tried was the millionaire cheesecake, with chocolate crunch, chocolate layer (maybe caramel as well, I'm not sure) and chocolate crust. Another excellent flavor, 4.5/5. If you're keeping track you'll know I only mentioned 3 flavors, but we bought 4 slices. That's because we each had to have our own slice of the Biscoff! It's that good! GO GET SOME!

I tried the cookies and cream, chocolate, and chocolate with peanut butter cups -- all were incredibly creamy and full of flavor. It's 10x better than anything store-bought! There's also plenty of seating both inside and out on the porch, which made it easy to sit back and enjoy the treat. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

You place your order on one of 2 iPads, pay by credit card and pick up your order when they call your name. Sampled of the cookies are available to view before you order. A mini is the size of a typical cookie. A regular size to them is an oversized 4+ inch. We ordered 6 different minis which is like 6 other cookies. You are prompted to tip for them putting them in a box and showing them to you before they close it. The box is cute and pink and just large enough for 6 cookies. With a modest tip, is was about $18 or $3 per cookie. We ordered the rocky road, classic chocolate chip, churro white chocolate, salted caramel cheesecake, s'mores, and the Kentucky butter cake. For at least three of these cookies, I had to go back to my receipt because they weren't that memorable. The big fail was the salted caramel cheesecake was a butter cookie with topped with white icing and then topped with caramel. After the first bite, the caramel sloughed off the rest of the cookie. Are they good cookies? Yes. Not better than most scratch-made, home-made cookies. I can make similar ones at home and for $3 a cookie, I can do better.
