I was delighted to learn Insomnia had opened up shop in this area, and it did not disappoint. I'm glad got to try the PB&J cookie earlier this summer, but sad they were only for a limited time. Though the cookies are rather pricey now, I would've gone back a few more times for them. My first insomnia cookie ever was from a food truck in north Philly, one cold winter night as I pulled an all nighter on campus over a decade ago. Those were some painful days, but filled with nostalgia now because those hot, gooey cookies can warm someone's heart right up. I couldn't resist and stopped by for some cookies and ice cream. It's a really tiny place, but there was a few outside seating available or you can pick up to go. Insomnia makes my favorite kind of cookie - huge, soft, and chewy. I could eat an entire box on my own. The chocolate chip is my favorite.

Extremely disappointed with the service been coming to this same insomnia for a few years. Walked in greeted the cashier who was extremely rude didn't acknowledge me. Then said what do you want with an attitude. I asked for my cookies he turned around and said you can swipe as he got my cookies he threw them on the counter fully open and tossed the receipt and walked off. I asked if he was done and he sucked his teeth and said yup. I just said i would pray for him. Incredibly disappointed considering the cookies are amazing. Big let down my wife was pissed. read more

Ultra clean, warm soft fresh cookies, immediate service, easy website to use and pre order, reasonable prices with regular deals. Parking in the back though a bit tight to turn into (cause it's highway 30). My first experience here was more than excellent and recommend to anyone who wants a special party treat to share! read more

They are located right down the road from the Exton mall. Parking is tight and entry and exit is difficult too. The have patio seating and we were helped once we walked in. It did not seem to busy, but we walked in on a weekday afternoon. We ordered a half dozen of cookies. My daughter loved them because they tasted fresh and hot. Their prices were a bit high, but fresh baked cookies in 0 time seems to be worth it, especially if you're craving it. read more

Cookies are pretty tasty (no complaints there - definitely try the oatmeal walnut chocolate chip!), but the Door Dash service is generally terrible. We placed an order for delivery a couple months ago through doordash at around 11pm, and did not receive order until 1:30am (the Exton store closes at 1am btw). Called the restaurant multiple times because our delivery time kept being pushed back, and they kept saying "He'll be there soon." This is really unfortunate because Insomnia Cookies does their own deliveries through DD. I'm posting this now because it happened again recently, though thankfully we only had to wait an hour and a half instead of over two hours. Many reviews on the DD app itself also say that the cookies are good, but delivery times are terrible. I will say, however, any time we've placed an order online and picked up IN STORE, the employees there are exceptional. They are super nice and helpful, quick and efficient -- especially the friendly, taller male employee who is always there! I wish this store would get rid of their own DD delivery service and have normal dashers pick up the orders and deliver them like most stores do. I think they'd have much better ratings overall and happier customers. Although, they do always seem to be busy -- good for them! We'll still keep ordering but I guess we'll be switching solely to pick up from now on. read more

Delicious! Really good oatmeal raisin and vegan birthday cake cookies! They are best when they're still hot but even cold they're still great. The only negative I have about this location is that it only has 1 register, so if you place an order online you get stuck behind all the customers trying to decide what they want. Should have a kiosk or 2nd register for online orders. read more

Placed an order through DoorDash. TWO hours later, order still not delivered. I called Insomnia Cookies who informed me the Door Dash driver was the one late picking up the cookies and that they were on their way. When I placed a complaint to DoorDash they informed me Insomnia Cookies delivers their own orders. So the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone at Insomnia lied to me. I am so utterly disappointed in the service that me and my 4 friends expirenced. We ordered quite a bit of cookies and ended up waiting 45 minutes. Me and my one friend got some of our cookies right away, but the deluxes were not ready. The young fellow working said the cookies were to be ready in 15 minutes. At least 30 minutes passed and said they woukd be ready in 2 minutes. We waited on the floor of insomnia cookies in a foreign town to us and waited patiently for our cookies. We finally got so impatient that we asked again when the cookies would be ready considering, it has been 40 minutes by now. The worker then informed us that the deluxes were just going in now!
