After fighting customer service they sent us covers in the mail to put on ourselves. I complained then they sent someone out to put the covers on and they only sent the three bottom cover cushions. The tech put them on top of the old ones, but the whole couch was still fraying not just the cushions then they said that it was against our warranty. I said we bought an extended pet warranty as well. They will not fix it then it started to rip at the seams and every time someone sat on the couch the rip at the seams opened up more. They will not fix it. They will not replace it. They won't do anything so we're stuck with A busted up couch that we paid $1300 for. I canceled my Boscov's credit card. I will never buy a single thing from them ever again.

Of course there's plenty of parking. I walked over to the customer service desk because I was in a crunch for time and knew I did not have time to figure out where things were in the store. I encountered a Gentleman. I told him that I had minutes on my lunch break to spare and what I needed. He actually walked me through the store and over to the area and showed me what I was looking for. I thought that was very nice. I found out that this gentleman's name was Christian. He really rocked! Great energy and customer service! He even welcomed me to the store and guaranteed me that I would love this location. After looking around for a little bit, I knew that I would, but I had to leave so I made a mad dash for the register which was a no wait line. I am a part of the Target circle 360 rewards program however I wasn't sure if I needed to put my number in to get the discounts that I was offered on the products that I purchased. Jonathan was the cashier and he was grateful enough to assist me as well making my time in this line very short. I noticed that they also have a CVS on site which I am not aware of in any other targets in my area. They also have the Starbucks and Pizza Hut area. I'm usually able to find what I want and exchanges are very simple. Most of the sales reps are very polite and personable. I never have an issue finding anything. However I recently had a bad experience with a teammate there. He was rude, did not want to assist with exchanging my product, and cursed loud enough for me to here when he had issues with his computer. I've emailed corporate about this. Additionally, the store is called Five Below indicating that items are five dollars or less. I've noticed an increase in the cost of items and now items that were once $5 are now ~$5.20-$5.25.
