The service is great. The employees are extremely helpful and pleasant. The selection is varied. You always find some surprises. The value is exceptional as the items are costing so much more on air. I have been going to this store since before they even renovated it. Always a good selection of items. Remember that items here can be returns, overstock,...so the selection is always different. They do have sales as well as managers specials that run for a specific period of time. Sale prices are pretty good deals. I do love their bags. I am glad that I can still find dooney and burke at this store. read more

I had such a horrible interaction at this QVC that I needed to make a yelp account and write a review. I was born and raised in Texas, and I was told to always keep my complaints to myself and not hurt a business but after this- I can't. I called this QVC location to ask about the Christmas in July sale as I am coming down to meet with my girlfriends who live in Lancaster for our annual summer girls weekend. I was met with Jacky, who when I asked a simple question about the sale, responded with that the Christmas in July sale is IN JULY! Jacky- I may be an older woman but I am not stupid. I simply wanted to know the date of the sale so I could plan my trip around it. She then said since the sale is in JULY then they will release this information in JULY. I did not appreciate the attitude JACKY. Jacky this may be my last time visiting my girls down here as my knees are in pain and I'm struggling with walking and breathing. Don't buy anything from this business,I purchased a Bose radio/cd , they double billed me and product never showed up,it's in credit card dispute. I love this store. you get to see what you are actually buying in the store. If you don't like it, you don't have to buy it. great shoe collection to try on. The people in the store are kind and always putting out merchandise. Hit and miss at this QVC location. In the past I've been able to find super stellar buys. The outlet certainly does some deep discounting from time to time. On my latest trip today to the outlet I was very disappointed in the base price of certain items. It's insane for them to be charging nearly what the on air price was, for returned and often times used garments and shoes. Things definitely have gotten more expensive since they've renovated their store. When I was there today, they were offering Dooney & Bourke handbags for $99.99. I was not interested in purchasing handbags this trip. It's so ironic because when I was at lunch, right across the street from QVC outlet, I showed a photo to my friend of this H by Halston blouse I was eyeing up for quite a while. My friend told me that they in fact have things like that in the outlet from time to time. I wasn't really expecting to find it there, but I did. The sticker price on it was absolutely ridiculous at $124, - that was the "YOU PAY" price, but I know originally this blouse was $140. Honestly my whole entire wardrobe combined it's probably not worth $140 as I spend my time in sweatpants and exercise garb. Just recently I saw my blouse on QVC online, for $49 and change, plus shipping. Since I saw this blouse at the outlet, I figured it was worth trying on, I really felt like I would probably need a size large, as it turns out the outlet had a size medium and I tried it on, and it was stunning. As much as I hated to spend the money, I ended up buying the blouse. It's so flowy & elegant it's just beautiful. One time when I was in the QVC studio audience years ago, I saw one of the models wearing this very blouse on air. I met her after the show, and I asked her who the designer was and she explained it was H by Halston, I never even knew QVC carry this brand. Ever since I've seen her in it on the air, I thought about how nice it would be to have that blouse. At $140 forget about it. I was amazed to see it at the outlets, so after the 60% off discount it ended up to be $49 and change and it was in pristine perfect condition. The outlet offers tons of cookware, kitchen items, home decor, sheets, shoes, jewelry, outerwear, handbags, rugs, electronics, & seasonal items. The selection changes daily. Half the stuff in the store is taped up to look new and when you take it home to open up it's broken, covered in hair etc. horrible. They used to let you look at the stuff before purchasing, but don't anymore. Not worth your time, just buy new from another store where you'll be guaranteed to get what your paying for. Some things are worth it, but most are not. To top it off the staff are rude as hell and act like you keeping them employed by purchasing their stuff is a major bother. read more

Brick & mortar QVC - usually a big selection with big discounts. The brand name SHOES are our main attraction. Try them on, walk around in them. Same with clothing - try them on in the dressing room. If you don't like, don't buy - and they offer returns up to 30 days so stop the whining! read more

The reason why I like this store is that it reminds me of what TJ Maxx and it's ilk used to be: you sift through alot of stuff you don't want to find something really nice. That's the hook! If you want to love everything on the rack, go to Nordstroms. The selection of handbags is very good and if you're lucky, you'll get 40-50% off. That is comparable to TJ Maxx. The jewelry is without peer on a 50% off sale but otherwise the prices are not all that. The shoe selection is limited particularly if you rock a 10. Princess Tinyfeets always make out. They had alot of leftovers from the last snazzy shoe sale they had. I found an adorable pair of boots but I was feeling too cheap and didn't buy, but the leather was good and they where very cute, so check it out you 10's. The clothes are definitely hit or miss but they had alot of Pamela Dennis at 65% off. Now come on girls we're getting into consignment store prices for NEW stuff. Note to the unclued: TAKE A NUMBER to look at something in jewelery or Dooney Bourke. Don't act like you don't all see the rest of us taking numbers like we're buying ham at the deli. Don't give ME the stink eye, I didn't make up the rules. And don't try to cut the line because you "just want to ask a quick question". This isn't the Post Office. TAKE A NUMBER!!! Whatever else they have there, I don't know, but they take plastic and let you return in 30 days with a receipt and if it doesn't look like you rode it to the farm show and back. read more

I was a QVC employee in the their corporate office for years but never made it out to the Outlet (I have since left and I am no longer an employee.) I finally made it to this outlet a couple weeks ago. They renovated it last year and it's significantly nicer than it used to be. It's really organized and clean for an outlet. It's even better than a TJ Maxx or Marshall's. I was really there for the jewelry deals. They were having a 40% sale and I got a couple really good deals. It is very cramped. Dont get me wrong, I am not a typical QVC shopper. I have never purchased anything off of QVC. Sure I can appreciate the costume quality of the jewlery and the spokesmodels...well they do intrigue me with their eerily perfect acrylic nails and bubbly personalities. And who are the people calling in commenting on their recent purchases on tv??? Anyway, because the QVC studio is so close by, this outlet store was certainly something I had to check out. Maybe just maybe there were some great deals of items I would want at low and reaosnable prices. Ummm....nope! It was so over crowded- could barely walk aorund in there. Nylon tracksuits, exotic and randomly sized shoes, useless products such as the thigh master IV (what happened to 1-3?) and of course the notorious jewlery. I am an avid shopper at QVC online but I just found out about this QVC Outlet Store. I got great deals today, the whole store was either 50-70% off depending on what you buy. I bought 2 crystal holders, a 1000 count king sheet set for $24. I also bought 3 homeworx candles for $27 and online it was almost $50. I also got a Casa Zeta Jones fur blanket for $20. There were a lot of purses and clothes. They also had jewelry and electronics. The store is clean and well organized. The sales representatives were friendly and helpful. They also gave me a $20 coupon to use between December 1-24th. I was very pleased with what I found today!! I will definitely be going there again soon. read more

The manager seems miserable. I try to be nice to her but she seems stressed out. Maybe QVC is hard to work for and they put too much on her but I spend a lot of money there and its almost like i am imposing on her. They have great deals and I spend a great deal of money there but I almost feel unwelcomed. I wasn't going to write a review thinking everyone has bad miserable days but its like EVERY time I see her. The other women that work there are wonderful and very helpful and have cheery dispositions. I hope she isn't mean to them as well. If she is it seems to have no negative effect on the others. LOVE this store. You do have to look through the whole store to check out all the deals or you could miss something. The clothes are organized and well labeled - the shoes tend to be more difficult to look through. Love the kitchen deals and recipe books. Many times they have deals where you get additional percent off the more you purchase. I bought 6 items and got 60% whole order!! (Doesn't include Clearance and Special purchases which are clearly marked). The check-out is a little slow but staff if friendly. read more

We love QVC but every time we come to the outlet store it is extremely frustrating that it is set up like a second hand store. Be careful and research the items because you may not be getting a good deal. They offer 50% off everything however, it is based of the maximum retail price. More often than it should happen you are paying the same or more than you would for new items when they appear on air daily special. read more

This store is such a joke but at the same time not funny at all. Employee (pretty sure it was management) arguing with another customer loudly so everyone can hear her being completely rude. It's so overpriced(and I mean EXTREMELY OVERPRICED), unorganized and outdated. The entire staff is unwelcoming and I asked a separate employee a question and he barely answers to my satisfaction but no chance to clarify my question... He's already walking away. I've never shopped from QVC before so this was a totally new experience for me. There is a LOT of randomness in the store.. I did find a set of pots and pans that were 50% off but other than that I didn't see anything that I HAD to have. The aisles are pretty narrow so that made it hard to take my time and check everything out. The front checkout people were not all that friendly which I find surprising since the QVC shows are all about the bright bubbly personalities - you'd think they would find store employees with the same attitude ;) Overall an ok experience but give yourself enough time to really sift through things.. this is not an in and out store. read more

Tripped across this store on a recent trip. Understand, this is a real outlet store. QVC uses this location to get rid of over-runs, leftovers, slightly damaged goods etc. This is NOT outlet shopping where the goods are made to be sold in an outlet setting like more other stores. That being said, we did very well. Not knowing what to expect, we found 2 large leather handbags for $23 each! Lovely C Wonder jewelry at a 90% discount, Vera Bradley shoulder bags for $7 and some nice lingerie at super deep discounts. Most items are discounted and then they take another 40-75% off the ticketed price. The day we were there they had a spin wheel which gave you extra discounts. Word of advise-know your pricing. We felt even with the discounts we could get some items at Marshalls or Homegoods for same or better pricing without the "dig" factor. We're not big QVC shoppers, so we're not thrilled over the "QVC" product line and pricing structure in general. At this outlet you will need to dig through racks and shelves, check everything to be sure there's no damage to it...we felt a lot of the shoes were returned since they had some wear on the bottom, handbags had some scuff marks or were missing shoulder straps (mostly Douney and Burke). If we lived close to this location we'd be here often. If you're in the area, stop by, but don't go our of your way for this location. Save your QVC outlet experience to the location by Dutch Wonderland in the Outlet Shopping Center. That location seemed to have more, and better quality items. read more

I am not going to lie and tell you the QVC store is always a gold mine. It is not. Merchandise is different at every single one and sometimes you get a great selection. Sometimes it is not so great. I was first exposed by my mom who lives in Rehoboth Beach, and then I became hooked. I then lived within a couple hours drive of a QVC outlet in central PA, and it was worth it to me once or twice a year to go when they were having a special sale on sterling silver because the jewelry can be phenomenal and inexpensively priced-- up to 75% at times. I can do that for a good deal. Handbags can be a good deal as well not to mention shoes. I wear a size 10, and I find plenty of cute shoes-- not orthopedic old lady looking shoes either, but if you're into that, they have those too. The secret is to get there early and to look up the deals each store is having. And sometimes you do have to look closely, search through other products to find your good deal. For me, that is part of the fun. I do not always score big at the QVC outlet, but for me, just going is part of the fun. read more
